"The overall stay was quite good. The hotel is in a good location. The beach is right outside the hotel. The room is not very big, but it has everything it should have. The balcony is quite good. I thought the balcony was directly facing the beach at first, but it was only a small part, but it was good enough. The first picture was taken on the balcony. I was quite satisfied with the price. There is a hiking route where you can see the entire sea view, which is particularly beautiful. The view of the sea and sky is so charming. It takes about 20 minutes to drive to the city. It is also a very good place. Overall, it is highly recommended. Because it was a self-driving tour, it was already past 12 am when I arrived. The people in the bar in the hotel helped me find someone to arrange a room, so those who check in after midnight must call the hotel in advance to confirm the room number."

"Itxaspe is located in an idyllical place, which allows you to disconnect and enjoy a fascinating view. This also has a point against you, because you obviously always have to take the car to move and the access road is a bit narrow. Inside it is very cozy, and it was very good temperature given the cold it was outside, which is thankful. The hotel was very comfortable and very comfortable. For a weekend it is a great place, just as for more days something heavy would be done."

"This is a hotel chain, so don't expect anything mind-blowing. As usual, there were issues during check-in, but I don't want to dwell on that now. The main thing is that the young staff at the front desk resolved everything. Thanks to them for that. Overall, the beds were comfortable, but the pillows weren't great. The air conditioning worked well in one room, but not in the other. Adjusting it wasn't possible."

It’s honestly sad because this used to be a great hotel but just got worn down by the years. The food is nothing special and the hotel is obviously understaffed."
