"I had booked a room for four adults, as confirmed with the hotel. Upon arrival, we were told that due to your error, the room was for two adults and two children. I clearly made the reservation for four adults and paid accordingly. We were not notified of this beforehand, only upon arrival at the hotel. The only solution offered was for you to resolve the issue, and since you couldn't do so immediately, we had to book an additional room. I ended up paying for one room for four adults and another for two adults. So far, no one has taken responsibility, and I will be taking action."

REPAS QUI EST DIT RESTAURANT EST PLUS UN SNACKING QU'UN RESTAURANT RAPPORT QUALITÉ PRIX TROP CHER MAIS DÉPANNE D'où le tarif surement. Dommage, car les chambres sont grandes et propre avec un personnel d'accueil et de restauration très souriant."

Very clean and comfy rooms and pleasantly surprised with the breakfast buffet since they even had gluten free breads and croissants and various different milks for all the dairy and lactose free guests."

"A good location, very close to the beach and town centre which was positive. Staff were helpful & lovely. The hotel appearance generally was good, however the room was very dated & basic. Bed quite hard & pillow had an odour. No AC but window open worked well enough. The bathroom was disappointing - leaking shower-head, black rim in toilet bowl, and no toiletries other than soap. Restaurant didn’t open at night until 8:30 so went elsewhere. Vending machine (half empty) available for drinks/snacks. For a solo traveller paying almost AUD$200 for 1 night it was not value for money."

It's not far from the highway but quiet, so it's convenient for an overnight stop. The receptionist explained where to go in San Sebastián and took the time to tell us where to park, etc. Thank you!"
