The front desk staff were incredibly patient and provided excellent service. Our room was spacious and clean, and it was tidied up daily. Breakfast offered a great variety and was definitely good value for money. The hotel shuttle has fixed departure times, and the schedule is shown in the picture. Since it's the first stop, you don't have to worry about getting a seat. The shuttle picks up guests from other hotels along the way, so getting to Hollywood Studios takes about 30 minutes, just for your reference. The only minor inconvenience is that the area around the hotel is pretty undeveloped. The closest supermarket is about a 10-minute walk, and if you want to eat out, you'll generally need a taxi.

Overall, I'm pretty satisfied, but I wasn't impressed with the breakfast.

Overall, this hotel is great and offers excellent value for money. The rooms are spacious, clean, and tidy, and the service is good. The lobby on the first floor provides free cold drinks and hot water, but what I liked most was the hotel breakfast. The pastries were delicious, there were three types of fruit every day, and hot milk was available. The hotel's downside is the shuttle bus to the park. Although it's free, it only goes to some areas of Disney and isn't a direct route. It also stops at other hotels along the way to pick up and drop off guests, and it's often late. We only took the shuttle twice during our four-day stay, and both times it was delayed by more than 20 minutes. For the rest of our trips, we took a taxi to and from the park.

While the hotel itself is a bit far from Disney World and Universal Studios, transportation isn't a big issue as they operate a shuttle bus. (Note that resort fees and parking fees are paid additionally on-site.) The rooms are spacious, making it a great hotel for families, and I liked that there's a supermarket and a delicious ice cream shop within walking distance. (Many other hotels don't have walkable supermarkets, which can be surprising if you're not used to it.) The breakfast spread is also substantial for the price, and the fruit, in particular, was delicious. While many American hotels don't offer vegetables at breakfast, this one had steamed vegetables. There's no in-room teapot, but there's a microwave in the room, and hot water and coffee are always available on the first floor. Two bottles of water are also provided daily (many US hotels don't offer this). If you need slippers, you can request them at the front desk, and there are ice machines on every floor. There's also a laundry machine on the first floor, which would be great for long-term travelers.

Great value for money, and check-in was a breeze. The staff were all really friendly and the breakfast was good. The location is super convenient too. Our king-sized bed was very comfortable, and the room was spotlessly clean. Definitely recommend this hotel if you're visiting Orlando!

Absolutely perfect! The reception staff were so friendly, and even though I had to book my stay in separate chunks, they easily arranged for me to stay in the same room. The breakfast was delicious, and the room condition was excellent. I didn't use the amenities, but they have everything you could need! It's a great place for a business trip.
