Residence Inn Orlando Airport

Kimberly i think was her name at the front desk was exceptional! Very polite and knows what she is doing. The airport transfer was a big help. Spacious room and clean as well. Breakfast was decent.

The location of the hotel is convenient. The food is not good mostly breakfast. The service was dependant on who was serving you. Veron at the front desk was super supportive, friendly and kind.

The problem I had was there was construction going on and I was awaken at 7:00am by the sound of hammers and pounding. This continued all day. So my sleep was interrupted. The Airconditioning went out in my unit rm 522 on the hottest day. It was 94 degrees outside, my room was 80 degrees and I had to move to rm 602. The breakfasts served were nothing like the advertisement pictures. No bacon only sausage patties. Waffles were good and other amenities. The rooms were nicely laid out and comfortable aside from the Airconditioning. Showers lacked bodywash and shampoo, but there were plenty of towels and the bathroom lighting was good. Overall it was ok because I could use the microwave and stove to cook my own meals. Housekeeping staff were on the job.

Selected this hotel during a 14 hour delay at MCO. Good night rest and early breakfast with transportation back to MCO.

Very clean and close to airport. There was one staff member when we checked in very unpleasant and made us feel like we were bothering him when we asked questions or needed anything.The rest of staff was pleasant and very helpful.

Staff was great. Breakfast was fine but limited hot options. Room was not in good condition. Light fixture not properly sealed above the bed with visible dust, bathtub faucet not sealed, linens in poor condition with visible blood and food stains, holes, etc. Your mileage may vary.

After the whiplash from paying $21 for parking for 1 night and being flabbergasted by the condition of the room, I was pleasantly surprised not to find any roaches. 10/10 would not recommend. The breakfast was great though and the staff was very helpful and friendly.

really grumpy receptionist who was not attending at the desk but in the back chatting. When i asked him for help with the check in a got a unpleasant remark. Breakfast was great. And it is close to the aiport. We paid for parking (that is a downside of the hotel) but thougth that the help with that was Also lacking the receptionist just said scan the QR code and was not willing to support us.
