Courtyard Orlando Lake Buena Vista at Vista Centre Reviews

I randomly picked this hotel among many in the resort area. The front desk upgraded me to a suite, which was nice. Overall, it was a pretty standard, older American chain hotel – nothing spectacular, nothing terrible. It's about a 10-20 RMB taxi ride from the main resort area, and overnight parking outside costs 10 RMB. Just a heads-up: they don't provide slippers!

We stayed in a suite at this hotel, but the room had a damp, unpleasant smell. It wasn't cleaned daily, making for a very mediocre stay.

We had high hopes for this hotel, but the service was quite mediocre. Our bath towels weren't changed daily, and the toilet paper wasn't replaced when it was running low. Very disappointing.

This hotel is a great stay for families and couples. We booked two rooms, one with a mini lounge which we enjoyed as we gather there for NYE! The view is also good from our room which is 252 in bldg E, we can see the pool and the whole hotel. I recommend this hotel very much as it’s located in central Orlando, with nearby souvenir shops, shopping centres and food marts. There are a lot of nearby restaurants as well where you can buy food or for to gos. The complimentary breakfast that’s included with our booking is also nice. The kids love the food and their cool self waffle maker. Overall, it’s a 10/10 for its affordability, convenience and amenities

The room was spacious and the mattress was very comfortable. The outdoor pool area was lovely, and the food outlet was convenient with reasonable prices. The staff were very helpful and had a great service attitude.

Good location, nice staff and free shuttle bus to the park

We got upgraded to a suite unit, very spacious with microwave and fridge inside room. They recently renovated the hotel so the conceriage area looks nice. They charge extra $10/day hotel fee but gave us a $5 voucher which we can use to make purchases daily at hotel. Has free wifi and free shuttle to some parks. Just used to buy coffee. Close to Disney springs and Vineland outlet. The bathroom water pressure is good , the water is hot.

Quite nice location and service If there is a thing to say would be some stains on the quilt and the pillow not quite comfortable

Nice hotel, a bit far from the Springs. Great quality price.

The room was quite spacious. Breakfast was a standard American breakfast, featuring bread, eggs, and meat. The hotel also has a convenience store and a Starbucks on the ground floor, which was very convenient.

Service was great! Around hotel have restaurants, starbuck and outlet!!

I was told the room had been upgraded, but it still felt quite dated and had a noticeable odor. Having breakfast included was convenient.

Second time choosing this hotel. Still high standard and great value for money.
