Marriott's Grande Vista

Really loved this hotel.

The receptionists were also very polite! I was often worried because I didn't understand English, but the staff were very polite and helpful. Even when it was difficult to communicate, they smiled and explained things clearly, which put me at ease. I was able to stay comfortably thanks to their attentive attention to detail, and I'm truly grateful. I would definitely like to use your services again if I have the opportunity.

I came here to attend an exhibition. The service was extremely poor, practically nonexistent. We stayed three nights and the towels weren't changed. When we called the front desk to ask for new towels, they said we'd have to pay a $15 service fee. On the morning of our last day, at 8:00 AM, they asked if we wanted to extend our stay. I said I wasn't sure yet. The front desk staff then gave me a sarcastic remark, asking if we could be sure about 2026. Check-out time was 10:00 AM, but because we were in a hurry to get to the exhibition, we hoped to negotiate for a late check-out at noon (which is the normal check-out time in China). The front desk staff said we had to participate in a conference they organized (to meet KPIs and recruit more people) to extend our check-out time, so we had to check out first. The resort itself was nice, but the service was absolutely terrible! Don't come here!
