The hotel is not far from Universal Studios, so the location is decent. An Uber to the park costs less than $10. The facilities are pretty standard and a bit dated. The room was small, and they don't provide disposable toiletries, so you'll need to bring your own. The soundproofing in the room was poor; I could clearly hear noise from the hallway. Breakfast was included and entirely Western-style. The selection was okay, with bread, butter, and coffee all available, and the taste was acceptable. The breakfast area isn't very large, so you might have to wait for a table during peak times. Overall, the price was quite reasonable, making it a good option for a transit hotel.

The staff were very warm and attentive, the hygiene was satisfactory, and the facilities were comprehensive. The location is convenient, right near Universal Studios and not far from the Outlets. It's really good, I'll definitely stay here again next time.

The room had a strange odor and the windows couldn't be opened for ventilation. Breakfast options were quite limited. However, the free parking with plenty of spaces was a big plus.
