Embassy Suites by Hilton Orlando Downtown

Everything was perfect except the carpet have smth sticky on it.

Rooms were very clean and great location to downtown attractions. There were helpful handouts available for local places to eat and shop.

Breakfast was good and convenient. Parking was easily accessible, located across the street. The room needs major updates and was not very clean. The rooms are very noisy inside and outside the hotel.

Was shocked that I booked the room priced just over $200 and had to pay another $40 for resort fees and $30 to park.an extra $70 per night. I cut my stay because of the difference in price per night.

Upon arriving, I was not put in the room I paid for. They tried to charge me an additional $200 for a suite with two rooms. The room we got was stuffy, and the beds were very dated and uncomfortable. When trying to check out this morning, the front desk girl clearly didn't want to be at work and didn't want to check us out. I didn't finish saying, "I'd like to check out," and she responded with attitude, "Then drop your key." I asked for an itemized receipt, and she said, "We will email you." I said, "Drop your key." The breakfast was delicious. I wouldn't recommend a stay here.

Liked this place. Staff are friendly, and the area is close to my attractions in the area. Breakfast was also good.
