This was pretty much a great mother/daughter shopping trip that had been awesome up until the last evening.
Our condo was clean, we didn’t get hounded by sales people, it was nice knowing you had to have a key card to get into the gates etc. pretty much a false sense of security I guess.
Some time between 8:30 our last night there and 9:00 the next morning someone decided to “key” my vehicle. Now, when I say “key” it let me specify by saying there are three specific lines from the headlight to the rear fender of my the drivers side of my SUV. It has three very specific “dips” and lines that were not a quick walk by. This was specific.
It’s very unfortunate that even though I was parked in front of the building there are no cameras covering the front of the bldg.
I’m waiting now to hear from the Security Office what, if anything, they plan on doing. Very disappointed that this would happen at a Hilton property.

This is not a hotel, it is an apartment converted into a holiday home. The room is very old, the front desk is very old, the staff is slow and very inefficient, and may be suitable for elderly people to kill time. It is highly not recommended for young people and people who have high quality requirements. This is the worst "hotel" we have ever stayed in in the US

For the price, this hotel was very average. I only stayed one night and would not have stayed any longer. Toiletry pumps were broken and the room was not well insulated, so you can hear noise next door and out n the open air entry. The linens on the bed were fresh and the bed was comfortable.

We had to call maintenance 4 different times to fix the plumbing in our room. The toaster did not work and the washing machine consistently stopped working in the middle of the cycle with each use. The shower backed up on my daughter- nearly overflowing and leaving her standing in a pool of swill and old hair. This was all after waiting 5 hours post check in and being told that we were just waiting for our “upgraded” room to be ready for us. What a joke.

Location is very good.
Unfortunately we had several issues. When we arrived there was no bedding for our children. We contacted guest services to call and make up the sofa bed. After several calls and waiting 3 hours they didn’t show up.
On our first night we called to the bar to order food at 9pm, the bar tender was closing up and wouldn’t serve us.
The toilet in the room blocked twice and maintenance staff were required to fix it.
On the day we were leaving we took most of our luggage to the car. We returned to the room but were locked out. It took 45 minutes to get us back in to collect the last of our property. We were only there 3 nights.

Having frequented Hilton Grand Vacations Club Tuscany Village hotel on multiple occasions, my recent experiences have been nothing short of frustrating. The room conditions were appalling, with a leaking and MOLDY shower that seems to have fallen on deaf ears at the front desk. Lights that don’t work and a non-functional telephone further added to the disarray. It’s disheartening to witness a place that was once impeccable now showing signs of neglect and decay. Despite reporting these issues, the repairs appear to be elusive. Room service, a once-reliable feature, was practically nonexistent during our five-day stay, and it felt like they were trying to get away with offering minimal service. The gradual decline of what used to be our favorite hotel in Orlando has left us thoroughly disillusioned.
