Nice hotel in the village, great breakfast and clean room. Free shuttle to the Disney park.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is excellent. The breakfast was also a highlight—fresh, delicious, and with a good variety of options. The staff was friendly and helpful, adding to the overall pleasant experience. I would definitely stay here again!

Great location close to everything! Nice size clean room didn’t try the breakfast because very long line to get in ,but was a big breakfast area with lots to choose from. Holiday weekend so very crowded. Parking was hard to find. Had to park behind building. $25 per day parking fee.

Great place to go, close to Disney area and not far from Universal. Great Outlets 5 minutes away from it too.

Hotel was clean and conveniently located, but if you have a toddler or small children and plan to take a stroller, do not use the shuttle service. It’s very inconvenient as they try to pack as many people as possible making it difficult to travel with the stroller.

The hotel is in desperate need of renovation. I would not stay here again.

Truly enjoyed our stay at SpringHill Suites. Before our day starts, the breakfast buffet had so much selection, the gym was clean and conducive for a quick workout, then the rooms were very clean and tidy everyday, which surprised us every time we came home at night after long days of excursions at the parks…

It's a very good hotel for the price. The location is nice but a bit too far to walk to most things you would need. As long you have your own car this would be a good pick.

Hotel need improvements on the rooms, bathrooms on bad shape ,ice machine was out of services parking lote was really hard to park.

Overall stay was good. Staff was excellent, willing to help, and courteous. Rooms and hallways were okay. Beds were kind of short. Breakfast was okay with normal food served. Yogurt had been frozen along with muffins and etc. Pool was good but not enough lounge chairs for everyone. Hot tub was nice and hot but the jets didn’t work making it more a hot pool. I would definately stay there again. No major issues and great staff.
