Great hotel and great  location perfect for what we needed

Only stayed one night. Location is great. Room was spacious and clean. Front desk staff was courteous and friendly. Would stay here again.

Great area to stay

1. Initially we were put in a very substandard room. I had to complain to the front desk and then they moved us to an acceptable one (why didn't they do that in the first place?) 2. We stayed for 5 nights and only on the last day did they clean the room...unacceptable 3. Nobody is ever at the front desk to answer the phone when you call for something so you literally had to go downstairs in the cold to talk to someone 4. The carpet outside the room (#10308) and along the entire walkway to the elevator was soaked with water from a leak somewhere. On a positive side, the bartender was very nice and the Manager was very helpful when we eventually spoke with her.

The location was good but rooms in Tower Buildings aren’t clean enough compared to the pictures. The washrooms are old fashion and not well maintained. There’s also stains on our blinds. As well as the floor was too dirty.

Great location!!! The only thing missing was complimentary coffee in the lobby.

Average hotel!!

They gave me the wrong room and every furniture in the room was soaked. Adrian however was great even though I couldn’t change rooms
