I stayed here with a friend to visit Universal. The room was very clean and thoroughly maintained, with attention to every detail. There is one shuttle bus per day from the hotel to Universal and one returning to the hotel. To get to Epic, you need to transfer buses, but it wasn’t too difficult. The return shuttle from Universal to the hotel was at 6:00 PM, which felt a bit early for us, so we took a city bus instead. It was only $2, and the bus stop is right in front of the hotel, so it was very convenient. The staff were also very kind and friendly throughout our stay.

The hotel was under construction while we were there. The staff was very accommodating and we enjoyed our stay. We will definitely be back!

The hotel was really good, the breakfast is basic but enough. Many comments said that the bathroom was a big problem, but in my experience the bathroom was remodeled and it was clean and good. Recommended.

A hotel with exceptional value for money near Disneyland and Universal Studios! It's quite close to both parks and offers free shuttle buses, although there's only a fixed schedule for both. The rooms seem to have been renovated; they don't feel old at all, and are clean and odor-free. The rooms have refrigerators and microwaves, and provide hand soap and body lotion. Bottled water isn't provided, but there's free lemon water at the front desk, though it stops being replenished at night. The biggest advantages are the free breakfast and free parking, which can save you a lot of money. Breakfast is served until 9:30 am and includes bread, milk, boiled eggs, meat patties, cereals, fruit, yogurt, and you can even make your own Mickey Mouse pancakes! You'll definitely be full. Across from the hotel is a row of shops like TJ Maxx, and diagonally opposite is Spicy Girl Chinese Restaurant, which is delicious. Next door is a mini-golf course where you can hold and feed alligators. The only downside is the lack of an elevator; if you're staying on the second floor, you'll need to carry your luggage yourself. Overall, highly recommended!

This place shouldn't really be called a hotel; it's more like a guesthouse. It only has two floors. If you have luggage, your room is on the second floor, and you have to book your own room up. It can be quite difficult with large luggage. There's a corridor with rooms on both sides, but the soundproofing isn't very good. You can hear children calling out in the opposite room at night, and it's quite noisy outside in the morning. Although it's only across the street from another hotel, the overall environment feels relatively poor. Perhaps we booked a cheaper hotel, so don't go to the wrong one. There's another hotel from the same group behind it, but it's a bit more upscale. That one should be better, but this one felt like a guesthouse. Frankly, the breakfast was very basic, like a hostel breakfast, but it was enough.

It was in a different building from the one where the front desk was located. The room had been renovated, but there was no safe in the room. The shower, toilet, and sink were all in one room, but it smelled of sewage. There were small ant-like insects.

Excellent price-value ratio. Recommended for a comfortable stay, well located and at a reasonable price.

Reception service very good, attentive. Basic breakfast but with enough options. Rooms negative point that it is all carpet and sealed glass so it is with a lot of dust concentration, ideal would be to remove carpet. Bed a little "tired". Great location, close to shopping and very close to Universal. I believe it is the best option in the region because of the breakfast that makes the difference. Cleaning service passed every day in the room.

Добротный отель, есть все необходимое в номере, микроволновая печь, холодильник, удобная постель. Номер был расположен не очень удачно: окно выходило на дорогу, и рядом входная дверь на улицу. Очень шумно закрываются двери у номеров. В ночи просыпаешься из за того, что кто то зашел в свой номер. Хотелось бы разнообразие в завтраках. Давали бы сосиски лучше, чем бумажные котлеты. И конечно, нет масла, а какой то маргарин, как то неприлично для отеля такого уровня.
