Hotel staff was very attentive but the property needs some updating. My room was nice but the toilet didn't flush properly, shower had almost no water pressure, the stairwells were dirty and a bit scary. Pool and room view were excellent. My friends' rooms were in the other tower and their rooms were very nice. Roof top patio is a huge plus. Nice hotel for the price.

Extremely outdated rooms and amenities. Clogged sink, dirty carpet, rusted AC unit etc. Overall very grungy room atmosphere. However the staff was very friendly.

The location was wonderful for Universal Studios. Although the breakfast was not exceptional, it was very good prior to heading out to the parks.

Overall good experience for the money. Desk clerk was dismissive when I reported the TV not working while checking out. Not even an I'm sorry about that. She just kept telling me to drop the room cards in the slot .

The hotel is very clean. We saw staff cleaning throughout. The staff are very friendly with everyone greeting us cordially even the housekeeping staff and maintenance staff. The breakfast was good with something new added each day. Centrally located with many restaurants and shopping within walking distance. We would recommend.
