I am grateful about the location, and I am aware that when I checked in, it was pass midnight, and I knew then, so little could have been done if I were to complain at the front counter. I just wanted to sleep.
Our room was dirty, I even saw a roach.
Heater didn’t work, at a cold night, it would have been a great help. I ask for clean towels on my second night stay, and I was told I can only have one. Well, damn.
I can understand that maybe the hotel is short staff, and some things could have been missed, but as a paying customer, arriving into a dirty room, unacceptable.
I will never book with this hotel again.

The quilt is dirty, hairy, and full of bugs and ****. It costs 20 US dollars to store your luggage. Don’t come here.

Didn't find that people really cared about the facility but the staff was wonderful.
Keep in mind, you get what you pay for.

The motel is clean. Very outdated. If you just need a place to sleep, this place is ok. Bathroom is very small.

Our first room had a broken toilet, safe and hotel phone. Called them to report the issues, he was polite and immediately switched our room, which was great. He didn’t offer any additional help, couldn’t even bring us the keys. We had just travelled for 24 hours and were exhausted; the least he could have done is brought me up the keys, rather than making me walk back down to the front. We had already unpacked and had to repack and carry all of our stuff to the new room at about 2:00am. The pool closed early, 6:00pm. Most pools are open until 10-11. The whole idea of booking with a pool was so we could use it in the late evenings after being at the parks all day. We did not get to use it once. This is also the first place I ever stayed at that did not have a coffee machine in the room. Our first night in that terrible room also was the most expensive night (although still really cheap it’s just the point), then they added a “resort fee, which again wasn’t much but it’s the point. Would never book here again.

No room service, ice machine doesn’t work, pop machine doesn’t work and stole money. Found out upon checking out we should have been offered a visa gift card and Uber rides, that weren’t offered. Musty, damp, bathtub faucet leaked and shower head leaked.

the mattress is horrible, I couldn’t have a good night of sleep! Bathroom was disgusting, the ceiling has mildew, room smells mold! I do not recommend.

I lost my key and they replaced it for free. Very close to Universal Studios, 2 elevators, 2 vending machines and they gave me clean towels right at the desk.
