Numerous code violations, to include hotel elevator expired certification. Once got to hotel amount I paid doubled due to resort fees and parking. Resort features like big pool were all closed down

Hotel pool was closed for repair, checking in took almost an hour. Could not sleep due to guest yelling and swearing after 11 pm had to call security to get them to stop. Breakfast was 60 $ for 2 people when it was advertised for 19$ a person. Could not get a seat by the water park way over crowded. Had to ask maintenance for toilet paper and find a maid for towels. Hotel fees were double what was advertised. Very upset may never use this app again

Room was very dirty. Gum on bed, stains all over walls, build up of dust. Webs in every corner. Bathroom light was not working properly. A lamp was flashing due to bad lightbulb. Phone was hanging pretty much off the wall. Empty body wash. Definitely not unkept at all. Paper thin walls. All we heard was people yelling at their kids and flushing toilets all night long. The area where there is suppose to be vending machines on our floor was empty. We got Charged for a waterpark that wasn’t even used, should definitely be an option to pay for that or not. Thank goodness only needed to stay for 1 night. But would not stay again. They make it look cheap for a night but after booking they add in all the fees.. parking/waterpark. Not worth it at all do not recommend. Wish I could get some of our money back! Lesson learned!

The hotel is far from perfect, but its still wonderful . The hotel is.alittle dated, and had some minor issues but the wonderful staff and family friendliness of the facility made up for its weaknesses.

The room they gave us upon arrival was not cleaned properly and had a order upon opening the doors and bathroom had urine around the toilet bowl and the showers were not clean and the we were unable to change rooms as they were sold out. The next day I had to pay for a better room and then that room the bunk bed was broken. They did come to fix it but we kept calling to have something fix it attended as well as not having a phone in our hotel room unheard of!

This room was to comitate four adults in one baby. The two twin beds were horrible! So loud and wrapped in a pee protection that smells! The carpets look like they have not been vacuumed and forever. The air event was full of dust. Mold in the bathroom. This was the cheapest most expensive hotel. I've ever stayed at for $215 a night ( After it being sold as $79 a night, There are so many hidden fees). The front desperal was so rude did not even tell us about our parking permanent. Or the $200 hold on my credit card. They put us next to a elevator not working or any vending machines, no ice machine. It was in the 50s, So did not use any of the water amenities. But do not recommend these rooms at all. Save your money, go stay at
a Disney resort better bang for your buck! I have videos of the room and photos.

The place was clean and family environment, I didn’t like that I had to pay for parking and water park separate from the night rate also The Hotel was short on blankets had to go and bought my own shampoo and body wash were empty had to go and ask at front desk.

Our stay was okay. I was not impressed with alot of the staff as i did not find them very friendly and one in peticular was down right rude. Our area was under maintenance so it was alittle noisy. The hotel is very large and kinda confusing. Over all it was an okay stay.
