Really enjoyed our stay, it was a nice area with lots of things and food near by. The staff was extremely nice and welcoming.

Everything was excellent.

The check-in experience was a little unpleasant as we arrive after 12am due to flight delay and the front desk was empty. Thanks to existing guest coming out hence we were able to be let in to sit and wait for the front desk at the lobby. Turns out the person was away on toilet break. Perhaps a sign would had kept us aware. We later found out the front desk was in the toilet from the security. We have a few other people all waiting for check in or for the valet parking.  What has done well obviously is the locked door that only access card can be let in and also the security making rounds. This had certainly boost my confidence of the security of this hotel.  I am also impressed by the cleanliness and space of the hotel room. All in all, happy with my stay even though online booking photos was artist impression.

Fantastic location, easy access to most location, and staff are very helpful.

There's a bus from the airport to the hotel, which is cheap but relatively time-consuming. The hotel is close to Lake Eola and about a 15-minute walk from the Magic's home arena, Kia Center. Breakfast isn't buffet style; you have to order from a menu. If your room rate includes breakfast, the corresponding fee will be waived, but you'll need to sign a receipt and fill in the gratuity amount yourself, which will be deducted from your deposit. I booked this place specifically to watch the game, and overall it's quite convenient. The facilities basically meet my needs; it's decent, a good choice!

Upon arrival, there was only one employee attending to us, and the wait was very long. There weren't enough carts to get luggage out of the car. Then, I was assigned a room, but upon entering, I noticed it was occupied. I requested a room closer to my family so I could help with the children, and they were assigned to room 439, while I was sent to 720. It wasn't a positive experience, especially considering we chose a hotel considered prestigious.

The price is cheap, and the environment is quite nice, making it suitable for both tourism and business trips.

They left no water and didn't change the bed linens

The room is very unhygienic! There are a lot of bed bugs! My legs were bitten all over! I couldn't sleep all night because of the itchiness! I don't know if it will leave scars. I have started to have an allergic reaction. After reporting it to the manager, he said he didn't know if I was bitten outside! ? I have never been outside. I spend most of my time in the hotel. There is no way I could be bitten like this! I will never trust Hilton again!
