I originally chose the hotel across the street and somehow accidentally chose the Palms. Same price different hotel altogether. Main AC must have been broken doors open to lobby and another side door broken off the hinges. Our room was decent and our ac did work. No breakfast. Our room was not what we ordered but the staff did work with us and got us what we needed.

We spend 14 nights in this hotel and really enjoy our stay! The location is very good, less than 15 minutes from every side: from the center of Orlando, the Disney Parks, the main shopping; 20 minutes from the airport. The room was very comfortable! I had 2 beds, it was very large, with TV, desk, chair and 2 tables. Furthermore I had microwaves, freezer and coffee shop. Every day they replaced coffee and tea. The staff at the reception was always very friendly. The hotel was very comfortable and very comfortable. The cleaning service was very good in general. The hotel was very comfortable and very comfortable. We got a room around the back near the barrage that was overflowing. Inside the room at first sight I thought the floor was dirty but it was actually dirty looking. A centipede died in the standing shower and roaches crawling out from behind the toilet to behind the mirror. Air condition chips out sometimes and the room never gets cold. There is a small table and two dirty chairs in the room at two burner built in stove and a full size painted fridge. The bed was clean, but this isn’t somewhere to call home about somewhere to sleep for the night and get out.
