Royal Pacific Resort never disappoints. Another 23 night stay and it was perfect. From the moment you step into this hotel you are warmly welcomed throughout, from the Valet Guys to the ladies who look after your rooms, everyone is so friendly and helpful. The resort is immaculately clean throughout in all public areas and our room was cleaned exceptionally well every day we were there. The King Suite is a good size, beds are very comfortable and bathroom products are nice. We always had plenty of towels and products replenished daily and turndown service were exceptional too. Very special thanks as always to Raymond, Marian and Andrea. The Club Lounge is a jewel in the crown of this hotel. The staff go above and beyond for you and welcome every guest like a friend. The food is replenished regularly and everything is kept clean and tidy. Staff are the best. Alex, Daniel, Raphael, Jen, Tory, Caitlyn, Kayleen, Trisha, Mitchell, Jordan, Hailey, Gia, Sophia and Tamara are all simply wonderful and we can`t thank them enough for looking after us so well. And the lovely Wellington as it is always a pleasure to chat to him. Bell services are wondefful and again look after you so well. Milton and Rob are two of the nicest gentlemen you could ever hope to meet and it`s always a pleasure to talk to them if they have the time. Samuel Martineau is always wonderful and at the front desk Katie, Cornell and Asha were very helpful and so friendly when we needed anything. Special thank you to Egle for her kindness. And nice to see Daniel from Valet again, he always remembers us. Orchids Lounge is another place that is always amazing. Ty, Colby and Mariella are so lovely and the sushi is among the best in the area. Fresh, tasty and original. Bula Bar was also a place we enjoyed this visit during some pool time. Food was excellent and the pool area was immaculately clean and the staff around the pool are very nice and again, make sure everyone is ok. The buffet lunch Island put on during the hurricane was also good and Elena looked after us well too. Tuk Tuk we used for the first time this trip and the food we purchased was fresh and tasty and staff were nice. The Express Pass is a wonderful perk of staying at this hotel, and the proximity to the parks is second to none, a short 7 minute walk takes you to IOA or you have the boats which run regularly and get you there in a few minutes. Royal Pacific Resort is one of our two home aways from home, there is nowhere better for us and we have so many reasons to keep coming back to this wonderful resort. The actions of all staff during the Hurricane were amazing. They looked after everyone so well and we felt completely safe and looked after during the couple of days it was around us. We were so grateful to Samuel, Jen and Sophia when we needed some help to change flights and extend our stay due to Hurricane Ian, they made the process so much easier. It's annoying, so I'm pretty familiar with Ripple, but this was one of the best hotels I've been to so far. The facilities are so great. In particular, I think it is a huge advantage to have a water taxi from the hotel to Universal. I didn't expect much for a water taxi, I just thought it was like a flume ride, wow... The view while riding a water taxi from the hotel to Universal is truly spectacular. I thought it was a Southeast Asian resort. Rather, it was so good that the way I took the water taxi was more memorable than the Universal. Personally, I go to Universal, but I think that not taking a water taxi is half the trip. I know that about 4 universal partner hotels operate water taxis, so I recommend taking a water taxi even if not here. There is a waiting line, but you don't have to wait that long, and if you don't want to wait, it's a really good location, only 10 to 15 minutes on foot. The hotel pool is also really really good. There are palm trees and you can enjoy the unique Florida atmosphere. There is a slide and a hot tub, so it's really good to take a break. I used the restaurant in the hotel lobby, and considering the US price of 15-20 dollars per menu, the price is not too burdensome for a hotel. The cocktails here aren't the best, but I think they're good enough to end the day well while relieving your weary body. Because it was Christmas, a wonderful guitar performance was played in front of my eyes, and it was a fun time for my eyes, ears, and mouth. The breakfast buffet wasn't great, but it wasn't lacking either, it was just a hotel breakfast buffet. The price of accommodation was in the late 200,000s/day range, but considering that it is Christmas Day, one of the peak seasons of the year, the price was not too bad. The price was similar to the Hilton near Disney where I stayed the night before. I personally liked this place much better than the Hilton there. I liked the hotel so much more than I thought that I would like to stay at the hotel all day without going to Universal. I couldn't do that due to my tight schedule, but if you're planning to stay at a hotel here, I recommend that you enjoy a full day at the hotel during your Universal itinerary. The pool, restaurant, and bar are not open 24 hours, so if you stay in Universal until Universal closes, I think you will not be able to fully enjoy the merits of the hotel. Lastly, since it is a large hotel, the friendliness of the staff was mediocre, and there is an additional charge for using fast Wi-Fi.

This hotel is worth 5🌟 ❤️The hotel is very new and the environment is very good. The gym and swimming pool have all the facilities and are very new and advanced. There is also a VR game hall. However, there is a bar on the roof. The scenery is super good. You can see the volcano. ) ❤️The price is relatively low. This hotel is a hotel of Universal Studios. You can send an express card to other hotels. You are really new and cheap. ❤️ Location is quiet, although not in the City walk, but next to volcano bay, it is a good choice for volcano bay to play with the water. Every day there is a shuttle bus to and from other parks. ❤️ Hotel lobby has Starbucks. The buffet is also great. There is also a car rental counter. It’s very convenient, but the temporary car rental is really expensive. 💔The only reason for this deduction is that we have no parking. The last credit card is deducted from the parking fee. After returning, it is not helpful to pass the Ctrip and the other party.

We have stayed at the hotel before, this is the 2nd time we have stayed. We stayed for 10 days in total. Mixed reviews - When we arrived as we had separate bedrooms, we all needed to check in individually, my brother was right next to my mum and dad in tower 1 and I was put all the way in a separate tower. Common sense would’ve been to put us all together. My mum wasn’t too happy about this and went to reception with me, baring in mind the person she spoke to when she checked in said how unbelievably quiet they are. The lady me and my mum spoke to at reception, shoulder length black hair, small in height, was very ****y, didn’t want to help us whatsoever, said how they are extremely busy they are unable to do this, okay, very mixed considering we’ve just been told how quiet the hotel is, must not care about anyone else’s safety apart from her own. I hope this lady doesn’t keep her job, she doesn’t know the meaning of good customer service. Hotel is very loud, meant to be a budget hotel but need a loan for the food. Walls are paper thin, can hear everything of what’s going on next door. So yeah, if you want to stay in a loud hotel, lazy moody staff with expensive food, cleaners that barely clean your room, then go ahead.

The standard room can accommodate three adults. The price is very beautiful and the location is very good. A taxi to Universal Studios can cost up to six knives, and you can also take a bus, which is very many. It's also easy to go to Sea World. That is, the service charge of $ 2.50 for Ctrip was included in the order in the room overnight. I originally wanted to ask Ctrip, I was too lazy to ask, and told the front desk that our English was not good, and they had to charge it. Also, remember to bring a US credit card with the deposit, I listened to a lot of cash. The deposit was refunded without my being confused and unclear. In short, I think it's a good value, and around 300 is really good in Orlando.

Gayle was most helpful on our arrival at night! We had forgotten to schedule our first day. Gayle made our reservations in transit, called us by name when we arrived, had our key ready and even helped with the door...ALL with a super friendly demeanor. Thank You Gayle!! We decided to leave a day early due to rain. Once again, the Hilton staff came through with flying colors! Missy was able to cancel our last night with no penalties. Thank You Missy! The Hilton Garden Inn Orlando is located less than a mile from Universal Studios, and is the ONLY place my wife, son and I will be staying when we come to Universal Studios! What a WONDERFUL VACATION complete with pool, hot tub and tiki bar! You can stay anywhere based on a brand name like Hilton; the fact remains, it is the STAFF who TRULY make the difference between a pleasant stay and a frustrating one. Management at the Hilton Garden Inn Orlando CLEARLY know what they are doing!! Thank You!!
