We have to throw out our own trash which is a bit annoying but overall the hotel is very clean and the staff are friendly.

Great hotel. Stayed one night with family (2 adults and 2 children) on the way to the South of France. Hotel is neat, complete and offers overnight stays at a competitive price. Hotel is a bit difficult to find from the main road.

Very nice location, close to the Tram line A station. It is also located a 5-minute walk from Place de Gaule.

The lady at the reception is very nice, very friendly, and attentive. Perfect location with tram and bus for a pedestrian traveler like me that's a plus. The room is nickel, the work is very well done.

Everything was perfect

Everything was perfect. Quiet area, close to a variety of shops offering different services, clean, comfortable beds and very efficient WiFi. Staff very helpful and good breakfast. Can't find anything to criticize.. It's definitely very good value for money when you consider everything. Well done!

We had a one night stopover in this aparthotel and while it was basic, it was really great. There was an underground carpark, and our studio apartment was large and very well equipped, with a big fridge and well equipped kitchen area, a nice clean bathroom with lots of hot water, a comfortable bed and free wifi. It was easy walking distance ( along the tram line) into the centre.

We arrived late on a stop over. You have to book parking which is small and underground which despite doing was no space for our 4x4. Ended up parking in staff area. No space outside other than 2 or 3 pavement spaces. BE WARNED - The hotel is RIGHT NEXT TO or almost ON the tram. From 5am ish I was woken up every 10 minutes as one went past. The gentleman on the desk was vey helpful and the room was air conditioned and clean. If it had outside parking and not hear the tram would have been much better nights sleep. It’s not in a nice area so nothing to do if you did get there earlier. You’d have to go into the city.

Hotel très moyen. Ambiance fade. Peu de décoration et chambre très assombri. Partir en famille pour au final avoir une chambre avec un double lit, donc 2 couettes séparées. Matelas pas du confortable. Le canapé convertible de même. Les bruits la nuit entre l'ouverture de garage et les clignotants de voitures, on voit bien que l'insonorisation n'est pas présente. Les tâches par terre, 2 serviettes sur 4 tachées, ça n'est vraiment pas digne d'un hôtel même 3 étoiles. Prévenir en amont que nous avons des enfants bas âge et ne même pas préparer ne serait-ce que quelques feuilles et des crayons de couleurs. Si vous voulez que voiture soit à l'abri un supplément de 10€ vous est demandé. Sinon bon courage pour trouver une place puisque celle ci sont très limitées devant l'hôtel.

Après avoir eu 3 appels avec le service de l’hôtel pour prévenir d une arrivé tardive et m’indiquant la réception d un sms avec un code d acces. Je n’ai Jamais reçu ce sms et j’ai du trouver une solution D urgence avec mes enfants pour réserver un autre hôtel… aucune compassion de l’hôtel car aucun geste commercial sur les autres frais engagés et aucune communication lors de mes appels sur le numéro d urgence sur place par peur d être dérange certainement donc aucune reconnaissance de leur tort

Zéro politique commerciale. Ne répond pas aux messages en cas de problème de réservation. (Via Booking) A la lecture des divers avis , je comprends mieux pourquoi. Ne pas réserver dans cet établissement au risque de se retrouver bien dépourvu en cas de soucis

Nous y étions pour une seule nuit donc cela a fait le job! Par contre le nettoyage de l’appart était limite: pleins de toiles de poussières au plafond. La literie est par contre très bien. Environnement calme malgré la proximité de la ville!!

Abbiamo soggiornato una notte in un appartamento per 4 persone. Camera grande, pulita, con tutti i confort necessari e bagno comodo. Colazione ricca e abbondante con dolce e salato. Posizione comoda, a circa 2 km dal centro, con fermata del tram sotto l'hotel. Consigliato.

Für meinen Geschmack in dieser Kategorie zu spartanisch eingerichtet. Die Nähe der Bahn würde ich eher als Pluspunkt bewerten, da man so gut in die Innenstadt kommt. Durch die kleine Küche ist man in der Lage, eigene Mahlzeiten zuzubereiten und muss nicht zwangsweise ins Restaurant.
