This is a typical Ibis right next to Orléans station and close to the historic area. It's everything you need and nothing fancy but clean and well located. Here is the ridiculous part. There are 4 rooms where your room key will not allow you to access the lift security. Mine was one of these. I found out after checked in and tried to get back in the lift. The man behind the desk then said I have to approach the desk every time I need to use the lift. Not acceptable. His response was rude and unhelpful. Beware the bald man with glasses.

just across the street from the railway station, walking distance to the historical center. clean, modern, functional, good beds, very nice and helpful reception. Good breakfast, very good wifi. Whoever complained the rooms are too small: try an Ibis Budget, THOSE are small :-) Clear recommendation.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Staff were really pleasant and helpful. The facilities at the hotel were at the normal standard for an Ibis hotel. We used the hotel for a one night stopover and we would use it again.

The hotel's location is perfect, just a few steps from the city center and shopping streets. The possibility of parking in the hotel car park is a huge advantage but why does Ibis always have to charge for this service? Or why couldn't Accor members benefit from this service for free? The welcome is quick and efficient, the explanations perfect. The room is large, well decorated, the bed comfortable but once again a few details mean that in my opinion we risk quickly diverting towards the competition. In fact, no bottle of water offered in the room, no toiletries in the bathroom, only one towel per person, it's really stingy. For breakfast, this one is very correct, it may be missing some dairy products (yogurts) and fresh fruit. This is all a shame, we nevertheless had a good stay.

The bathroom was also in perfect condition, but with the disadvantage of insufficient protection against splashing water, it was difficult not to flood the floor. Everything was very clean. Good hotel for a one-night stopover, parking at the back for 10 euros very practical. Room consistent with an Ibis, we had a room on the courtyard side and we slept very well, no train noise (the station is right opposite). Comfortable bed, rather expensive rate at 124 euros per night without breakfast and with parking for an Ibis even when booking 4 months in advance.
