While the resort is a beachfront property, not all units are oceanfront nor ocean view, and the resort is unable to accommodate upgrade requests. Enjoy the hot tub, heated pool, saunas, exercise room, two on-site restaurants, library, game room, pool tables, and ping-pong. The property features a children's pool and children's activities. The on-site recreational director can help you plan activities or provide limited sports equipment. For your convenience, there are laundry facilities on-site. The resort is close to shopping, golf, water sports, tennis, horseback riding, grocery markets, sailing, riverboat cruises, and dog racing, and within driving distance of some of Florida's biggest family attractions. Housekeeping (per stay): "Housekeeping fee for all RCI Points reservations: There may be a fee of 25.00 U.S. dollars for 2 Bedroom units, per stay. Cash or Credit is accepted." Resort Fees: Mandatory security deposit fee is 100.00 to 300.00 U.S. dollars . Cash or Credit is accepted. Refunded 2 weeks after check out. $300 if the guest checking in is between ages of 21-25.
