Club Hotel Marina Beach

Fantastic experience. NESTLED in lush greenery and mountains! Fresh food. Grills and Pasta! Well kept resort. Water pressure was great too. Manuel the barista, was exceptionally attentive and made the experience an even greater one! I recommend as a beautiful place to really detach and enjoy! ❤️❤️

I’ve been here as part of my stay in italy. Everything was nice, good quality of food, also nice room, good staff, always smiling and very helpful Breakfast was the best part of this stay, good choice of sweet and savory food. This was a good stay for all of my family!!!!

We spent 1 week cycling in beautiful Sardengna. Our pool barman made the trip feel like we were family! Manuel was amazing! We will definitely go back. ♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️

We arrived on an early flight from Manchester and the transfer time is around 1.45 mins. We arrrived at the hotel after lunch had ended but the hotel had kept food back for us and we had a light lunch - I thought that was a very nice gesture. We checked in quickly and paid the local tax. The rooms are basic, spacious, very clean and the shower is powerful and warm at all times of the day. The wi fi is very good and you can pick it up all over the hotel. The staff on reception are fantastic and always smiling and helpful. The pool is great it’s about a 40 metres ***** so you can swim 🏊 if you want to get some laps in and it’s big enough to be in the pool and not feel cramped. When we were there I was almost always the only person in there which was fab. The water is not cold in June - perfect for swimming. The hotel is a short walk from a great beach - take beach shoes as it can get shingly if you like walking along the sand. You have free beds on the beach that are owned by the hotel and you can have free soft drinks at the beach bar but not alcoholic. You can walk into the town, it takes around 15/20 mins - great bars to explore, check out the Sexy Pompia beer in the Matuk brewery shop, it’s lovely. There are great little shops and you can hire a car from Avis in the town as well, I think they leave cards on reception at the hotel. We went on a boat trip booked at the hotel reception- that was wonderful - really enjoyed it- we took the dinghy option and got to explore the coastline. Take water and a packed lunch from the hotel. The food at the hotel is great -lots of variety and mostly cooked to order to reduce food waste ( I hope!) - I like the fact they allocate you a table for food and it’s yours for your whole stay. It does become a bit ‘Truman Show’ but it’s a great idea. They will also make you up a great packed lunch if you and to explore and go off for the day. The staff in the restaurant are wonderful. The hotel is also very clean. I liked that. My only issues: I asked for the fridge in my room to be fixed 3 times and it was never fixed. That’s not good enough for an alleged 4* accommodation on Jet 2. On the plus side, when the kettle point set started smoking in the wall, they replaced the kettle straight away. No recycling bins and I know they recycle on the island as we visited other hotels with them when we hired a car. The food in the restaurant could do with individual labels so you know what you are eating and not just one big menu The orange juice at breakfast etc is awful - some fresh juice would be nice not that stuff out of a machine 🤢 There are not enough points in the rooms - we had one - simply fitting one double point with 2 usb ports would solve it. (See photo of the point we took it was the only one in the room that worked. I’d go back. The bar is physically not big enough for the amount of people at the hotel, but the service and choice is good.

We have just returned from a week’s All Inclusive holiday at this hotel. Firstly, we cannot understand some of the negative reviews about this Hotel. The food was amazing with a huge variety of hot and cold dishes. The Staff went out of their way to help, particularly, Maria on Reception, Mattiu and Patrick from the Entertainment Team. We were disappointed by the beach as the seaweed was being extracted by a digger and swimming in the sea was not an option. As a lot of reviews have mentioned the Entertainment being mainly for children, we agree that more Adult entertainment should be geared for Adults. There was no charge to use the swimming pool or beach. Cash is not accepted. A pre paid card is issued and one can add Euros to card. If there are Euros left on the card at end of holiday, balance is refunded along with the 5 Euro deposit. We were all Inclusive - it may be different for holiday guests who aren’t. The Hotel is remote, but there is a free bus to Budoni which stops outside the Hotel. There is also a pay bus about 3 metres from Hotel which takes you to various locations.

When we arrived the staff at the reception were very unfriendly. We immediately got the impression that because we had used *********** to make the reservation, that this was negative in this place. We then (in our opinion) were given the worst possible room in the entire hotel. We had to pay extra for the club and even the beach towels cost per day. With all the extra costs this hotel is just not worthwhile. The photos on the hotel website of the rooms, pool, beach etc. are all altered with Photoshop. The hotel is just massively big. They have busloads of people arriving (tour groups). The walk to the room is literally more than 500 meters (pushing your heavy luggage in the heat) from the reception. The staff gives you a map of the hotel, but not of the surroundings. There is very little covered parking to park your car. The car park is an empty field. In the heat of the sun. The absolute horror for us was the dining room and the food. AWFUL The dining room is HUGE and full of screaming kids, with crowds of people. We could not get over the noise level and the greedy PIRANHAS surrounding us. People fill up their plates with enormous amounts of food. The food waste in this hotel must be enormous. Pool is lovely and big, however there is NO shade, especially around the children's pool. There are umbrellas and sun loungers. The large pool has 2 entrances only on one side. On the other side it is difficult to get out of the water on the pool edge. Speaking English here is a problem. The staff do not speak any english. We were so unhappy we decided to leave early. They have made no attempt to refund us. Lodged a complaint with ***********
