"I am sharing my impressions of this wonderful place, this is not the first time that we have been here with our whole family. We feel at home, absolute relaxation, spacious territory, exceptionally clean swimming pool for adults and children and the most delicious Turkish breakfast in the world. It is cozy, friendly and has a pleasant atmosphere, which is created by the hospitable owner, barbecue master Hussein. He is always ready to help and advise the vacationer on how to spend time in Dalyan with maximum benefit. I recommend it to everyone. And most importantly - we are ready to come back here many more times."

"Great hotel with spacious rooms, good breakfast (B&B) and very good size pool. Has a swim up pool bar, morning transfers to centre and a very chilled out vibe (no loud music around the pool). All staff welcoming and friendly and no issues with number of subbeds around the pool. Can see why people come back here. Snack bar food good quality and price for lunch."

"Omg where do I start, we stayed here for only 2 nights thankfully… the rooms were dark and dirty, and our balcony was a building site, one pool was cloudy like someone had tipped milk on it and the other was green, they did have a pool that looked ok but looking at the state of the other 2 there was no way in hell was I chancing that. Breakfast was an omelette station with cheese and pepper and mushroom for filling, and there was cheeses and salad stuff, the driest tomatoes and cucumber I’ve ever seen. The staff were non existent I think I see 1 in the 2 days I was there. The river restaurant was always dirty, full of cups and plates with cats on the tables eating the food people had left. Such a shame as this hotel has potential to be beautiful!!! Honestly please AVOID as I’ve stayed in much better hostels ,"

Dalyan Live Spa Hotel

"Cute little hotel within walking distance of Dalyan town. 5 mins to the first cluster of restaurants, some with beautiful river side settings, another 10 into Dalyan town which is a little busier. The hotel was well presented and the staff are very attentive, cute pool area but the bathrooms are on the small side! The only little issue is the massage therapists are a separate company and if you don’t have cash you can’t pay or charge it to the room!!"

Tui Blue Seno - Adults Only

"Our stay at Tui Blue Seno was truly wonderful. The hotel's view is breathtaking, the sea is pristine, and the sand is beautiful. The overall atmosphere of the resort is peaceful, and everything has been thought out down to the smallest detail. We were particularly pleased with the service we received in the restaurant. We would like to especially thank Vahit Osanmaz, the waiter who helped us with everything with his friendly and attentive approach."

Villa Ozalp Apartments

"Anybody that gives this place more than one star must have very low standards. I have only just returned from my first holiday in Turkey and this place participated in a terrible start to the holiday. Arrived around 2030hrs and was shown to the room by a pleasant old woman who spoke a few words of English. My sister and niece were shown to their apartment, where there was a line of bricks situated in front of the door. There were also bricks inside the room that they were required to climb over. The room was filthy and the air con unit was hanging from the wall. On my way to my room on first floor, the sensor reactive lights go off after a few seconds which made it difficult to navigate the spiral stairs, resulted in my son taking a fall. The main doors have see through glass which offers no privacy, washing machine plugged in near the shower and sockets hanging from the wall. Looked like the place had not been cleaned for a while. We left after 5 minutes and paid 700 pound for alternative accommodation. Avoid at all costs. "

"This was my 4th time, staying at Yakut. Don't expect The Ritz, but at £82 for 3 nights, its great value. Super clean, comfy and spacious, with the lovely owner Hakan. The photo is this mornings view from my balcony, a perfect start to the day."

"It's located right in the city center. Parking was easy. The rooms are new and spacious. The staff is friendly and helpful. You can always go up to the upper terrace and have tea with a beautiful view. The breakfast is average, but you won't leave hungry :)"
