Beautiful hotel excellent service amazing Turkish bath staff was wonderful

The hotel is great. Breakfast is average. The restaurant upstairs tastes good. Room service is also good. Disadvantages: The breakfast service staff felt like local friends came to help I would like to praise the account manager girl. She is a very nice person and knows how to handle things. Her speech and emotional intelligence are also very high. She even gave her a baby cake🧁 Mainly during breakfast time because there was nothing for the baby to eat, I asked them to help cook the noodles. They said they didn’t want to, so I contacted Ctrip and later solved the problem and cooked the whole thing. I haven’t seen any Asian faces other than us in the past few days... It seems sure. a very niche place The largest elika suites are really big. A big bed for me and my baby. We have a big bed, a terrace, an infinity transparent swimming pool, and a constant-temperature blood-colored swimming pool. The decoration is really stylish, but I always feel that it may be too long for each person. If you can't clean it well...you can come and experience it! Because the price/performance ratio is very high and the room area is very large~

Otelin ambiyansı çok güzel. bölge içindeki en güzel otellerden biri diyebilirim. Kahvaltıyı yetersiz buldum.özellikle sıcaklar konusunda. Genel olarak herkes çalışanlar çok ilgili yazmış ama işin açıkçası çalışanlar kendi halinde gibi geldi biz bir ilgi göremedik. Sorarsak cevap aldık. Havuzu bir kere kullandım ne yazık ki havuz yüzeyi çok temiz değildi . Bir sonraki gün temizlik yapıldığını gördüm. Çevre düzenlemesindeki sesler biraz rahatsız etti. Banyolar daha hijyenik olabilirdi rutubet kokusu vardı. Otel çok güzel ama üzülerek bakımsız geldiğini söyleyebilirim
