Hotel Villa Emilia

This is a truly wonderful hotel. I was worried my luggage wouldn't arrive at the airport, but they even called me directly and took care of it. Everything about this hotel is truly top-notch. The breakfast is also excellent.

The room is not big, warm and retro, clean and hygienic, facing the Xiusi Plateau

The guesthouse facilities were outdated, the breakfast was okay, but the service was simply awful. I was late for check-in and they charged me 300 RMB for "service," saying it made them get up to open the door. Since it was an elderly lady, I let it slide, but the service was truly terrible.

The hotel is very good, the service is friendly, it is not far from the station, the location of the hotel is good, and you can see beautiful scenery.

The hotel is located on the hillside of the small town of Ortisei, opposite the cable car of the Upper Hughes Plateau. The scenery is very good. What you can see from the room is the peaks on the Hughes Plateau, and in the evening you can see the golden mountains illuminated by sunshine. The hotel has a parking lot with free parking, but there is no elevator. It's a bit tiring to drag the suitcase up to the 2 floors. However, the hotel has a rich breakfast, a buffet for dinner, priced at 32 yuan per person, and free self-service wine. The hotel rooms are fully equipped and hygienic, and the front desk staff is friendly. You will be given a tour guide including a map when you check in. It takes about 15 minutes to walk from the hotel to the cable car station, so you can park your car at the hotel and walk there (parking at the cable car station is a bit expensive).
