This hotel is truly a magical place. The service is outstanding, the rooms are incredible and the amenities and spa area are next level. We spent each day hiking with the hotel guide, George (after a delicious breakfast of course) and topped it off in the indoor outdoor pool, then tea time and a fantastic meal. The free mountain bike rental was a great touch as well. We cannot wait to return to Hotel Angelo Engel

We had a lovely stay and were wowed by the accommodations -- in particular, the private guide who lead daily excursions taught us much about the region and the pool and spa were great places to unwind. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful.

Perfect location! Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was great and I love the option of having a packed lunch on hiking days, we took a packed lunch to hike Seceda and they even our a little note of encouragement in too. Spa and pool perfect for relaxing.

We had the most gorgeous stay – the staff were unbelievably helpful, going above and beyond to make our time truly special. The hotel itself was absolutely beautiful and provided the perfect place to unwind and recharge after long days on the slopes. We couldn’t have been happier with the experience – everything was just perfect from start to finish.

I love this place. I was several times, and will come back for sure. All the stuff is friendly, the rooms are excellent, the service package, bar, buffet, restaurant, breakfast, shuttle, tour guide, ect more than excellent. The Negroni in the bar is world class!!!

Recommended by two sets of friends we had a most wonderful week at this hotel. All staff are friendly and will go out of their way to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. We booked half board. The food is of great quality. The breakfast buffet offers virtually anything one can think of. For dinner there is choice out of two menu's with lots of options for vegetarian, fish and meat lovers. The rooms and all amenities like a heated swimming pool inside and outside, a sauna, wellness, bar, fitness etc. make it possible to enjoy yourself all day. The center of Ortisei is only a few minutes walk away and a shuttle bus is available all day to bring you to the ski lits nearby. Also ski rental, ski passes, private advise are all available either at the hotel or at the skishop with which the hotel works. In short we will definitely be back and can warmly recommend it.

We have been staying at this hotel for several years in a row. Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent service. Great professional chef! Meat dishes are cooked perfectly! We use the services of the guide Georgy. It is interesting to ride and spend time with him! We hope and plan to come again!

• Really super family hotel. • Facilities were excellent. • The staff were all very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. • Well, located in the centre of town. • The rooms all well-appointed comfortable and up to date. • Nice and close to the ski lifts and shuttle service available. • Great walks and hikes in easy access from hotel. • Very good spa, indoor/outdoor pool and gymnastics facilities. • Immaculately run hotel. Highly recommended. Looking forward to returning.
