A comfortable stay, room was clean. Service was a bit curt and could be better though. Amenities were very basic (no tea or coffee).

We love the room allocated to us and hotel is only 5 minutes distance from the station. Amenities were provided for self pick up and they were generous in providing the free daily breakfast. My husband had an overall excellent experience and told me he was satisfied with this hotel stay. The space was sufficient for our little toddler to run around and pack our luggages. The front desk staff may need help to understand English as we couldn’t communicate well about luggage agent picking up the luggages. Overall it was a pleasant stay at this hotel for our family

I booked a compact room, and it was indeed very compact. My 28-inch suitcase could fit in the aisle and open, so if you're looking to save some money on accommodation, this room is worth considering, as it has all the necessary facilities. It's a 2-minute walk from the subway station, but getting from the airport to Namba involves a bit of a walk for the surface transfer. It might be better to book a place directly at the Namba exit. The hotel breakfast consists of two triangular rice balls and a bowl of miso soup per person.

Pleasantly surprised with this hotel. It’s located in business area so the area is a bit dead early in the night. Love the room, very clean and modern. Love the complimentary breakfast. There is a super market next door and a conbini around a few meters away. Will booked this hotel again if I go to osaka.

This is a great place, I've stayed twice and will definitely go again. The location is super convenient, just one subway stop from Umeda, and the hotel is very close to the subway exit. The only downside is there's no elevator, so carrying luggage up and down two flights of stairs is really inconvenient. Facilities: Okay Hygiene: Okay Environment: Okay Service: Okay

The room was small but well-equipped, clean, and odor-free. The location is convenient, close to the subway. The front desk staff were efficient and friendly. For this price, it's excellent value for money and a great choice for a no-frills business trip.

Quite a bit big for hotel room in Japan. Polite staff. Nice location, very close to public train (Yodoyabashi sta.) Recommend for quick travel around Osaka and can come back for a quick break and drop off your shoppin bag.

The room was very clean and tidy. The location is quiet with few people around. There's a FamilyMart and a subway station right downstairs, plus a supermarket, so it's super convenient for shopping. It's easy to get anywhere, and it cleverly avoids the crowded subway exits.

The hotel is very clean. It's located in the city of Osaka, near Yodoyabashi subway station, just a 1-minute walk away. The hotel provides pajamas and all items you might need, so you don't have to bring them from home. The room was amazing, with big windows that made it feel even better. Near the hotel, there's a Family Mart. This station is very convenient; next to it is Umeda Station, and before it are Honmachi and Shinsaibashi Stations. If you want to go to Kyoto, you can take a train from Yodoyabashi Station as well.

Nice place to stay. Location is very convenient. There is a good supermarket next door. Rooms are clean. Furniture is a bit old and used, but that's ok. The bed is extremely comfortable. I think this is one of the best beds that I've slept on in hotels. The place is huge and many people stay in the hotel, so maybe number of amenities like laundry machines is not enough for such a big hotel.

The hotel is convenient and cozy. Complimentary breakfast snacks are provided. The air-con shall be more strong, and hopefully, hotel can adjust bedding more according to weather. Winter has become much warm already, bedding is too warm.

The room service is not good, we put cleaning signs on the door early in the morning prior we left hotel, and ask staff to empty the rubbish and change towels. But when we back to hotel after 2:30pm, everything same. No change rubbish bin and no towel changed. Very disappointed about that. Another side, hotel location is very good and near local supermarket/family market.

Prime location! Literally just beside one of the entrance of Yodoyabashi station, which is convenient to go to any tourist attraction and even Kyoto (took the Keihan line). Room is clean. Amenities provided is sufficient. Staff is friendly. They provide free breakfast (two onigiri, freeflow coffee or tea; not buffet type). There’s a mini market beside the hotel and there is ATM machine inside (charge free to use Wise card). Would definitely recommend!!!! 👍👍🤩🤩

Location: Super convenient, right next to Metro Exit 12. If you have large luggage, you can take the accessible elevator from building 13. The nights were very quiet, ensuring a peaceful sleep. Cleanliness: The room was clean and tidy. Disposable toiletries can be picked up on the first floor. With three suitcases, it was a bit tricky to fully open them. Service: You can store your luggage for free on the first floor. Even if you don't book breakfast, they provide a complimentary breakfast – two rice balls per person.
