Centara Grand Hotel Osaka Reviews

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel, conveniently located near Namba Station. The room was clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. It’s about a 6 minute walk to Kuromon market and 15-20 minute walk to Shinsaibashi, which was perfect for exploring the area. While we didn’t use many of the hotel’s facilities, the room quality and prime location made our stay very enjoyable.

Love that the hotel was right beside a shopping mall and there was also a toys r us right beside which we could conveniently get anything our baby need. Hotel also provides a bottle sterilizer if needed! Great for travelling with babies. Location wise, it’s quite a walk to the station though walking through the malls give some shelter from the sun and heat.

Everything was excellent in the hotel the staff was really friendly and we could feel the Thai touch everywhere! The young boy at the breakfast wasn’t friendly at all and overall the breakfast team close breakfast very fast before the official timing which was quite unappreciated…

This hotel is clean, comfortable, and very conveniently located for train travelers. The kids loved the bunk beds.

Hotel is clean and fresh Staffs are very polite and friendly However due to very near the Namba station it is much noisy in the night time Also, the windows are hitting by unknown objects during midnight which make me scared and can’t sleep well

Super convenient location. After get off from airport train, turn left to Namba Park and then go straight will locate the hotel, just within 5 mins. Many restaurants nearby which is great! Not as busy as Shinsaibashisuji but still very convenience and a lot to shop. Will definitely stay here again when visit Osaka.

Excellent location. Room is big. Just few minutes to Nambo park and station. Lawson next to the hotel. Many restaurants nearby. Front desk is very helpful. Very nice hotel.

We had a wonderful stay at Centara Grand Osaka. It’s great value for money, especially for families. Even the standard room was impressively large with a thoughtful layout and spacious entryway—perfect for maneuvering luggage, a stroller, and keeping shoes organized. The bed was big and very comfortable, and we appreciated the provided toiletries and pyjamas for kids. The hotel is conveniently located near Namba Station and Namba Parks, with plenty of eateries and shops within walking distance. The staff were mostly international and spoke English well, which made communication smooth and easy. Breakfast had a refreshing Thai-inspired twist, a welcome change from the Japanese meals we enjoyed throughout the day. Highly recommended for families visiting Osaka!

Prime location .There is a shopping mall near by called Namba City. you can shop many Japanese brands there like GU 3 coins Uniqlo. Lawson is located next to the hotel on 2/F. Highly not recommend the ramen restaurant next to the hotel .becoz the taste is just so so . It takes around 5 mins walk to Takashimaya .Personally prefer the one in Kyoto haha. Variety of breakfast choices . Taxi station on 1/F .

It was a hotel I booked after cancellation after receiving such unpleasant reception from OyadoRAKU that I had previously booked! Their heartfelt sympathy and touching led me to book another trip to Japan lol. Room condition and customer understanding are all high, and above all, it is the best location! I will stay at this hotel if I go to Osaka! (I have traveled with my mom and eyes for 5 people, so my recommendation is very reliable!!)

Need to work on their housekeeping skills. The room weren’t nicely cleaned at all.
