I couldn't watch the TV. I called and emailed support but got no reply. The wall clock also stopped. There was a bathrobe in the amenities but I couldn't find it. The detergent was under the sink so I was disappointed when I finally noticed it. This area is unsafe so there were biker gangs at night and they were so loud I woke up a few times. The good thing was that the building was new and the room was clean. The bed was nice and soft.
