Clean, tidy, and beautifully cozy with amazing room amenities. It was such a comfortable stay, truly my ideal accommodation. It was very quiet at night, and having a small balcony to dry clothes and enjoy the breeze was lovely. The surrounding area has convenient transportation and plenty of food options too!

Extremely clean, a dream for anyone with OCD or a germaphobe. Self check-in was smooth, and it was quiet at night. Very convenient location for getting around. They offer free luggage storage too. Overall, a great experience, I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Osaka!

The room was quite spacious and new, and the location was also very easy to find. It's close to Namba Station, making it convenient to get to Kuromon Market, Takashimaya, and Namba City. There's a Family Mart convenience store right downstairs, which is really handy. I'll definitely book here again next time I visit, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking to stay near Namba. It's genuinely a great place.

The location is decent, with a large supermarket, 7-11, FamilyMart, and plenty of vending machines nearby. The furniture and facilities are good and relatively clean. I quite like it personally. I'd probably stay here again if I get the chance.

great location, close to kuromon market, walking distance to dotonburi, convenience stores right opposite, i highly recommend this place! and most importantly , it is spacious enough to open 2 big luaggges, which is very rare for other hotels around the area.

Excellent value for money! The room is super spacious compared to typical hotels, and you can even cook your own meals with a large fridge provided. There's a Lawson convenience store right outside, and Kuromon Market is just a short walk away. Beyond the market, you'll find a subway station. One thing to note: don't come too early to drop off your luggage. You need a key to enter the hotel's main door, and this key is bundled with your room key, which is only placed in a box by the entrance at check-in time. Even if you arrive an hour or two early, you won't be able to get into the hotel. We only managed to get in and store our luggage because another guest happened to be leaving.

Walking distance to multiple train stations, and some of the attractions. Clean and quite environmentally friendly.

Would recommend Chuan House Kuromon as it’s conveniently located near Namba station. Place is clean, easy to get amenities. There’s a Family Mart opposite the building. Super near to Kuromon Market less than 200m. We bought stuffs (Wagyu beef, scallops, prawns) to cook as a pantry was provided with utensils as well. We stayed 7 nights with no regrets.

Begin first time to stay in Japan using AirB&B my experience is quite ok. It is fast and convenient to booking in and collect the apartment key. Location wise is almost very near to Namba Station. Just a small walk distances to the apartment and is easy to locate(basically just straight walk from Station). Apartment amenities is ok and clean. Kitchen with utilities, cooking hood n hod so you can buy fresh food to cook your meal if you want to? Got washing and dryers (in the bathroom) can easily washed your clothes. For bed wise sizes is normal but just I don’t the mattress type it too soft and no backrest(a metal bed frame). Pillow also a bit too soft I needs two to lay my head down. Overall is a nice and easy accommodation choice. Last thing location have 3 convenience stores nearby very good.

The room was a good size and very clean, with all the necessary amenities. Customer service was very responsive. It's only about a 7-8 minute walk to Namba Station, there's a FamilyMart right across the street, and a Life supermarket less than a 10-minute walk away. The location is super convenient for both daily necessities and transportation. I'd definitely choose to stay here again next time.

Highly recommended this place if you’re visiting Osaka and can give 10/10. Our room is specious and all amenities are available. It also has balcony and views are also really nice for 9th Floor. Also there is convenient shops nearby and location also nice. Only downside is you need to walk 10 mins to nearby station but this place is really worth for your money.

Excellent! It's right next to Kuromon Market. The location and surroundings are fantastic. There's a FamilyMart convenience store directly opposite, which is super convenient for grabbing essentials. Customer service was very responsive, and they had everything we needed.
