The location is great, close to Matsuyamachi Station, which offers convenient transfers to many places. Nagahori Station is also within walking distance. There's a Life supermarket right next door with a wide variety of fresh produce. It's nice that the guesthouse provides dishes and a frying pan. However, we only received two bottles of water, so there might have been a miscommunication.

Property is quiet and clean. Not too far from subway station. Good value and would stay again.

comfiest bed and pillow,everything was very clean too,we love the smell of the hotel and that there are brolly down at the apartment to borrow in the event that jt is raining.also supermarket,food street and plenty of food around.we will highly recommend this place to anyone whos coming to osaka.

Great place to stay. Clean, lots of space and well sound proofed from other neighbours. Slight noise from the traffic outside, but it's to be expected.

This is one of our most comfortable hotel/airbnb stay in the whole of our Japan trip. We have been to Osaka 3 times for 5-7 days stay and this is by far the best, affordable stay. Room is really clean and new. Towels are fluffy and soft. Great shower taps with micro adjustment for water temperature. Heated water comes out consistently. (Comparing with some reputable hotels), no cold water burst during shower. Awesome! separate shower and bathtub, big plus point. Washing machine function well, balcony for drying clothes. Room looks like what’s advertised and way better than expected considering the price. Big, comfortable, enough space for couples. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash are of good quality, not drying. Beds are really comfortable, comforters keep use warm enough. Pillows are not too high or hard. Curtains are not the total blackout kind, so bring eye mask if you’re a light sleeper but normal sleeper like my husband can sleep through the early morning sunrise with no issue. I slept really well even though I am a very light sleeper. Close to train station. Met the staffs on our first day and very friendly and helpful. Highly highly recommend. Would definitely stay here again when we visit!

Nice stay

From cleanliness to facilities to size! Absolutely perfect! I regret booking so late, otherwise I could have stayed here for 5 nights in Osaka! Highly recommend! It's not in the city center, so it's very quiet at night. The room is also very spacious; two large suitcases fit perfectly! I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Osaka!

Everything is good. The location may be a little far from Shinsaibashi, but it's not a long walk of 15 minutes. There are cooking supplies available, so you can cook if you're interested. There are also teriyaki markets nearby.

Overall, it's a good place. It's quite large for Japan and comfortable. It's also spacious enough for a family of four.

The room was very clean, or rather, the entire building. They're a pretty attentive B&B. 👍 Although the street side was a bit noisy, the soundproofing on the balcony glass door was quite acceptable. The bathroom was spotless and had a small window. The toiletries were all Pola brand, which my wife highly recommends. 👍 They have basic kitchenware, so you can buy some Wagyu beef ingredients at the supermarket for simple cooking. It's really convenient and affordable. 👍 The location is a ten-minute walk from Saebashi Bridge and close to a supermarket too... Overall, it was a great stay. 👍👍👍

This is a very cost-effective hotel. This is my first review after staying in so many hotels. It is probably the most satisfactory hotel I have booked in all my visits to Osaka. The self-service check-in is convenient and fast. The room is clean. Most importantly, the room is spacious and has its own simple kitchen. You can buy simple ingredients downstairs to cook yourself. It is very convenient to go anywhere. It is worth recommending. I will probably always book this hotel when I go on business trips in the future. 🤗

Located near Shinsaibashi, the room was very clean, with all the amenities and facilities provided, making it easy to do laundry while away from home. The refrigerator was also clean, and the microwave was convenient for heating things up, so you can even cook. It was a great experience. It was my first time traveling independently in Japan, and after comparing several options, I wasn't disappointed. The room was a little small, and the price was a bit high (I didn't realize it was a guesthouse until after booking, requiring self-check-in, and the room wasn't cleaned). Otherwise, it was pretty good! The air conditioning was already on before check-in, which was a big plus!
