Close to the subway station, and there's a Mega Don Quijote nearby, so you can shop whenever you want. The convenience store is just around the corner. The room is spacious, the pillows and mattress are excellent, the environment is comfortable, and the room is fully equipped, with a washing machine which is super convenient.

This hotel is perfect for family travellers. They have perfect amenities, microwave, cooker with utensil, washing machine, dryer. Very sparkling clean im amazed. Washing machine comes with detergent and you can get free new refill. Location is also the best very near to train station. You can store your bag before and after check in or of you have short trip to another perfecture and will coming back. Self check in and check out is easy, just make sure you fill the details when they send you mail. Location also near to tennoji zoo, Tsutenkaku. Family mart and lawson also nearby. Super love this hotel and will come back again

This hotel was incredibly Clean I loved was self done and how simple it was for foreigners. The hotel room was spacious. The balcony was actually very very good. The kitchen was accessible. The bathroom was clean. The toilets were clean and warm. The bedding and the cushions are really nice. The television had a lot to watch the fridge was very good as we were able to store a lot of items in it. It was very accessible from the nearest train station. And there were a lot of cheap car parks nearby for easy parking and easy access. There are also a lot of shopping places and food places with there being 2 lawsons and 2 familymarts not too far from the hotel that was incredibly good for the convenience of the hotel location

Easily accessible from Kansai Airport, the hotel is just a 5-minute walk from Shin-Imamiya Station. The surrounding area also offers convenient transportation. Rooms are clean and well soundproofed, with beautiful views from the window. It's ideal for family stays, and the check-in/out process is straightforward.

First off, it was very clean, and all the amenities and appliances were well-placed and convenient to use. I really appreciated that the toilet was separate from the shower room. Don Quijote was also nearby, and it was nice to have a simple drink with my family at a pub.

I forgot to take pictures.. T_T This accommodation was 100% to my liking. I chose it based on reviews, and it was indeed the best choice. Like other reviews mentioned, the transportation, cleanliness, comfort, and spaciousness were all great. I was satisfied and grateful throughout my stay. I'm giving it a 10 out of 10, but I'm also worried it might become too popular and I won't be able to book it next time. Thank you to the owner for their kind and helpful phone support.

The kitchen is fully equipped, so you can cook, and the location is excellent, very close to the station and Don Quijote.

Love the place! Very convenient..close to Family mart, close to Ebisucho and JR ShinImaniya station. Convenient to connect around Osaka attractions. The room has all amenities that a family needed, microwave, washer ( you can dry your clothes in the bathroom area, there is a setting for that), balcony (nice air breeze) and inverter AC for hot or cold days. Very quiet street too. Definitely will come back and stay here or anywhere that ESLEAD hotel chain has to offer!

Great location, steps away from train stations and convince store.

This hotel is better than my expectation! But do not forget to register your info before the check-in date. The room is bigger than most of hotels in Japan. There are many amenities and also washing machine, cloth dryer area, vacuum cleaner, and even fabric freshener. The location is also perfect! It is close to Shin-Imamiya Station and Dobutsuen-Mae Station. And if you love walking, you can also walk to many interesting areas within 2 km from the hotel. The only one thing that I do not like this hotel is that the check-in and check-out time. Even though, I know that many hotels in Japan use the same check-in/ check-out time. But check-in time should not be later than 3 pm. And check-out time should not be earlier than 11 am.

highly recommended.. the location is very good very close to shin imamiya station.. there is a jr loop line and nankai which is direct from kansai.. close to dobutsuen mae for the osaka metro.. the hotel is responsive via email.. the checkin and checkout process is very easy. . can cook and complete cooking utensils.. can wash clothes so you don't need to bring a lot of clothes.. there is a dryer in the bathroom which is very helpful in drying clothes..

Spacious, location near to 3 train station, clean, fully equipped and home feel staying. We really enjoy staying here. Will surely book this brand hotel and recommend to my friends and family.

Nice view & convenient location.

Great hotel, close to the tower and close to transport. Notice a new sushi place opening soon next door. Across the street there is a nice vacation club.
