Great location close to multiple train stations, extremely clean and friendly staff; free to leave luggage before checkin

Close to all best places in Osaka. Close to station as well. Great for muslim travellers.

Welina Hotel is within walking distance of Namba, with plenty of restaurants, shopping, and convenience stores nearby. Lawson is right next door, making it easy to grab food or anything you need. Rooms are not cleaned daily, but fresh towels are delivered to your door every morning. Simply place your used towels and garbage in the provided bag and leave it outside. Staff are very strict about the official check-in and check-out times, so don’t expect an early check-in or late check-out.

Is a beautiful place and near the main attractions, subway and basically near tours meeting points.

I stayed for a week, and the overall experience was pretty good. The room wasn't very big, and the bathroom was decent, but the overall lighting in the room was a bit yellow and dim. During my stay, I developed some red rashes on my back, and I suspect it might have been related to dust or the environment. However, I didn't report it to the hotel staff at the time, so the exact cause remains uncertain. The hotel only has two washing machines, and you need to buy laundry detergent at the front desk, which isn't very convenient. After 60 minutes, my clothes weren't completely dry after washing, so that experience was a bit subpar. The hotel lobby is very grand and beautiful, and the common areas are quite nice. Additionally, the hotel helped us send our luggage to Kyoto, which was a thoughtful and very helpful service. The location is one of the hotel's biggest advantages. It's very close to Shinsaibashi and Kuromon Market, and there are many izakayas on the surrounding streets, making it very convenient for dining out in the evening. There's a convenience store right next door, and it's only a 2-minute walk to Fukutaro, Osaka's most famous okonomiyaki restaurant, making daily shopping very easy. Overall, the hotel's location is excellent, the common areas are beautiful, and some aspects of the service were impressive. However, there's room for improvement regarding room lighting, laundry facilities, and hygiene.

This hotel is centrally located in Namba, surrounded by plenty of food and drink options. It's convenient for getting anywhere, and Kuromon Market is just a 5-minute walk away.

This stay completely exceeded my expectations, I have to give it a big shout-out! 1. **Cleanliness:** The room cleaning was exceptionally thorough. The tabletops and bathroom corners were spotless, there were no strange odors, and the toiletries were complete and clean. It made me feel very comfortable. 2. **Service:** The front desk staff were warm and considerate, proactively informing me about local attractions and dining routes. The cleaning staff were prompt with their service, and the entire team was attentive without being intrusive. 3. **Facilities & Environment:** The room was spacious with great natural light. There was plenty of hot water, and the air conditioning, TV, and other amenities worked perfectly. The hotel overall was quiet and not noisy, ensuring a top-notch quality of rest. 4. **Location & Value for Money:** The location is superb, close to shopping districts and transportation hubs, saving a lot of travel time. The price was affordable, and the overall amenities far surpassed other hotels in the same price range. It's suitable for both business trips and leisure travel. I've already recommended it to friends, and it'll be my first choice for my next trip!

Highly recommend to families with parents who are able to walk short distances and also people who are interested to explore Kuromon Market and Denden town.

Location was good. Very close to market and convenience store. Service was good. Only not good are Some part of The carpet has stains and the outlet had no C- port (only USB-A)z and maybe suggest to put refillable water station at certain floor.

I recently stayed at Welina Hotel Premier Osaka Namba and had a very comfortable experience overall. The room (Twin Room for two) was clean, modern, and well-maintained. While the space is slightly compact, it was efficiently designed and had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. The beds were comfortable, and the room was quiet enough for a good night’s rest. The location is a major highlight. It’s conveniently situated near Namba, making it easy to access shopping areas, restaurants, and public transport. Popular spots like Dotonbori are within walking distance, which made exploring Osaka very convenient. The staff were polite and helpful throughout our stay, assisting promptly whenever needed. Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free. If there’s one small downside, it would be that the room size might feel a bit tight if you have large luggage. However, this is quite typical for city hotels in Japan and didn’t significantly affect our stay. One thing to note is that for stays longer than three days, housekeeping does not automatically change the bedsheets, so it’s something to be aware of if you prefer more frequent linen changes. Overall, it offers great value for money given its location, cleanliness, and service. I would definitely consider staying here again on my next trip to Osaka.

Housekeeping did an excellent job; the floors, bathroom, and surfaces were spotless, and the toiletries were of good quality. The soundproofing was great, so it was really quiet at night. Breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious, home-style options. Overall, the value for money is outstanding, the facilities are well-maintained, and the attention to detail truly shines through. I'll definitely prioritize staying here again next time I'm in town, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone!

the room is really small, there isnt enough space to open a single big luggage at all, the toilet is tiny as well with barely any counter space for toiletries . if you are here for a few nights, this wouldn’t be a great choice. only advantage is its location, but for that price i don’t think it’s worth it at all. there are better hotels around the same area which are much bigger and more comfortable. breakfast options are very limited, do not recommend paying for it as there are good eateries nearby and convenience stores just next door.

Great stay, near train station. Clean. However, the pillow was limited to 1 per bed and was extremely soft which prevented a comfortable sleep.
