I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at your hotel. The room was impeccably clean and tidy, creating a comfortable environment. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The breakfast options were delicious and satisfying, making it a highlight of my mornings. I booked on 17-19 Dec 2023 2 night...
The room a bit old.. And mostly important I should leave silver color... Charger in hotel... But they seem... To be don't contact me anymore... 😅.. Even email.... After I found on 20 Dec 2023... When I arrived Nagoya....
But the location is really good.... I will try others hotel... As... Facilities....

Everything as per expected, clean room at a great location. The room is just a little small even just for 2 people, but for the price and the location, no complaints there.

Hotel room is clean. There is construction nearby which blocks the scene. Other than that overall service is good and a good one to revisit.

My family and I spent 6 nights in this hotel and it was perfect. The room is bigger than Japanese standard hotel room and clean. You might hear train noise quite often but it was fine for me. The staffs are very helpful and kind. Very recommend!

Good location which is near to Osaka station. For the 1st day, I can't really find the location as Google maps not working when I was in Osaka station especially underground. Luckily one of the Japanese girl guided me where to exit. Suggest Hotel publishes which exit from Osaka station to come to your hotel, if remember correctly should be Sakurabashi Exit. The front desk officers are friendly and helpful. Overall, highly recommended.

There’s breakfast teabags available at front desk But no sugar or creamer ??
So it’s not possible to take them to make tea at all and why do the hotel have to be so incomplete with the stuff provided … overall not up to the other few hotels in the same area nearby Fukushima Subway station
