This was by far the most comfortable hotel I stayed at throughout my entire trip to Japan. Its convenient location made getting around a breeze. There are plenty of shopping malls nearby, featuring all the popular brands. Plus, there's a bus stop right by the hotel with direct service to the airport, which saved me the hassle of lugging my bags on the subway.

Hearton hotel was very convenient the nearest train station is Osaka station, the hotel facility is clean and tidy. Best recommend.

The location and ambiance are excellent, and the Japanese service is, of course, impeccable. My boyfriend, on his first trip to Japan, spent five nights and four days in Osaka and Kyoto. He can't stop talking about how amazing his experience was, especially coming back to a relaxing bath every day – it was incredibly therapeutic after all that intense sightseeing.

This is the 2nd time staying here. I stayed here during June 2025 to attend the Osaka Expo. Location is the best. Hotel is next to the JR Osaka Station. Service and housekeeping was great for a 3 star hotel. I highly recommend this hotel! I left something (Hawaiian macadamia nut chocolates and balloon Easter bunnies for the housekeeper since Japan doesn’t accept cash tips. I’m from Hawaii and balloon twister.

Osaka Umeda is our go-to area when we visit Osaka, and this was our first time staying at this hotel. I honestly think it's the best value-for-money hotel around Umeda. It's just a short walk from the West Exit, really close by, and the Herbis stop for the airport limousine bus is also nearby, offering excellent and varied transport options. It's a fantastic choice for anyone traveling from Osaka Station or planning a shopping trip in Umeda.

The hotel is conveniently located: just exit the west gate of Osaka Station, walk past KITTE, and you're there. It's also only one block away from the bus stops for Itami Airport, Kansai Airport, and Sanda Premium Outlets, with detailed maps provided inside the hotel. The facilities are a bit old-fashioned; for example, the faucets still have separate hot and cold taps.

The room isn't huge, but the beds are big enough to push together, so it's perfect for a family. The location is excellent, just a few minutes' walk to Osaka Station. The breakfast has a great variety and tastes good too. Plus, there's a water dispenser and vending machine on every floor, which is really convenient.

The room size was just right for three people. The hotel has a washing machine for 400 JPY/30 minutes and a dryer for 100 JPY/30 minutes.

The location is the best thing about staying here! Super convenient to walk to train station. Everything else is great for how much I’m paying. Clean and reliable staffs. Will come back!

This hotel boasts an excellent location in Umeda. After arriving at Kansai Airport, you can take a direct bus to Umeda (Herbis stop) and walk for about 10 minutes on flat ground with your luggage to reach the hotel. In the evening, the streets are empty and clean, unlike the Shinsaibashi to Honmachi area (like Comfort Shinsaibashi), which has more dubious characters (they don't cause harm, but the neighborhood clearly feels much shabbier than Umeda). The downside is that it's close to the train station, so you can inevitably hear a bit of the train on the tracks. However, this can be completely avoided by using earplugs. At only 400 RMB per night (without breakfast), it's incredibly good value for money. The room, like other standard Japanese hotels, is small. If you're traveling alone, a 26-inch suitcase can be opened with one side on the floor and the other against the wall, which is generally not a major issue. For my trip to Itami Airport the next day, I also took a bus. The hotel is very close to the bus stop for Itami Airport; it was about a 10-minute walk on flat ground with my suitcase (note that it's not the same bus stop as for Kansai Airport, I followed Google Maps for directions). The basement level (B2F) of Umeda Lucua 1000 nearby offers many affordable food options, such as Uoya and Ochazuke, which I thoroughly enjoyed. There are also many shopping areas around. In summary, if you're using Osaka as a transit point and don't mind sleeping with earplugs, this place is highly suitable for accommodation and offers great value for money.

The only good thing about this hotel is its proximity to the train station. The front desk service was just okay, the staff seemed quite stern. There was a lot of noise from the station at night. Overall, it was a mediocre experience. The room was also very small. If you have other options, I'd recommend staying elsewhere.

The cleanliness was just okay, not as good as I'd expected. The room was a bit small, and the bathroom facilities were pretty mediocre. It might have been a bit pricey when I booked it, so I felt the value for money was just average.

The room was quite small, and directly opposite seemed to be a school, so close you could see everything clearly. It's about a 5-minute walk to the airport bus stop and roughly the same distance to the JR West Exit. This place is convenient if you're arriving and planning to take the JR to another city. However, walking to Umeda does take a bit of time.
