THE GATE HOTEL OSAKA by HULIC

I stayed here for 2 nights with my mum. This hotel was amazing. View of the Osaka city was incredible, very clean and professional staff. Location was perfect for tourists. Right next to shibuya shopping street, far enough from Donburi district so it was not as hectic but also walking distance. Thank you the Gate Hotel for your amazing hospitality ! The only thing was because it was right next to a construction site, it was loud at times but that did not put us off. I would come back and stay here again.

The location of the hotel was excellent. Hotel also upgraded us from a standard double to deluxe king room which was very spacious. Only minor flaw was that you have to take 2 lifts every time when getting in and out of the hotel.

We had an amazing time at The Gate Osaka. It’s well located and connected to a mall and JR station Shinsaibashi. The lobby is on level 26 and the rooms are between 16 to 25 floor. Wonderful view of the building and streets. We have access to level 28 lounge where you can have beverages and light snacks daily. The room is spacious and clean. We will definitely stay here again if we manage to get a good rate during off peak season.

I would like to commend the interior design and the five-star service provided by your hospitality team. I enjoyed the Japanese breakfast set served at the 28th-floor lounge; however, I noted an issue with the guest elevators, which appear to have ventilation drawing odors from the kitchen. Furthermore, the open-concept layout of the western breakfast area on the 26th floor causes cooking aromas to permeate the entire lobby space.

Great location and you can access shinsaibashi station directly at B1, exiting from The Quartz. There's also an organic supermarket below. From underground you can connect to parco and daimaru. The lobby is beautiful and the service kind and welcoming, check in/out was smooth. There's no self laundry service, pyjamas and all the usual ammenities are povided. Room is very clean and soundproofed. We had such a good rest every night. Hope to stay for a longer period next time!
