Nice hotel. Nice service. All staffs are kind. They have different pillow to choose.

Staff are friendly. Convenient location easily accessible. Walking distance from metro. Close to shopping area. Book a triple room, extra bed takes up almost all the space in the room.

Everything is fine. The room is small but very clean and comfortable. The only drawback is that I live on the second floor. The room is facing the microwave and ice machine. People often come to get ice or use the microwave at any time of day and night. The swishing sound of ice and the dinging sound of the microwave can be heard clearly even through the door. It is really not friendly to people who are sensitive to sleep. On the second night of stay, someone heated some kind of meat in the microwave. It was very fragrant. The fragrance went directly through the gap of the door into my room. The whole room was filled with the smell of meat... Later, I sprayed the deodorant in the room several times, and then went out to spray the corridor in the microwave area, and the smell of meat disappeared. In addition, why is the light under the eaves outside the second-floor window always on at night? Although there are curtains, the light can still penetrate through the gap of the curtains, and the whole room can be seen clearly without turning on the night light. There are too few varieties of breakfast. The staple food is either sandwiches or rice balls. Although it is very delicate and tastes good, I hope there will be more choices.

The desk was really friendly and the room was clean, so it was a great stay. There was a station nearby and a mart, so the location was good. I think I'll stay there again next time.

The transportation is very convenient, and the center of Umeda, Osaka, is just a dozen minutes' walk away.

The location of the accommodation was a bit of a culture shock because the room was right next to the bed without a hallway, but overall it was fine. The water came out well, the soundproofing was decent, and the location was good. The price was reasonable, so I recommend it.

Stayed 2 nights. It was great to have so many different shampoos to choose from. There was a supermarket life nearby, so I didn't have any trouble eating.

The room is a bit small, but when I travel to Japan, I leave early and come back late. It’s enough for a good night’s sleep. The advantage is that it’s close to the station and the price is cheap.
