Good hotel to stay with this price, recommended to everyone who travel to Osaka. Walk distance to Don dotori. Food around are nice.

The hotel is pretty good and location is nice. There are some convenient stores nearby as well as lots of cafes and restaurants, and also food street not far. The room wasn’t spacious enough, rather tiny, I think it would be extremely uncomfortable to stay with someone else because there is no space enough to move. The walls aren’t soundproof, but my neighbors were not noisy, so everything was fine. In general I liked the hotel, the staff is rather helpful and friendly.

Its really close with Dontonbori and the room is wide enough for 4 people and under the hotel, you can see many convenient stores too

Central to everything. Limousine bus from airport stops about 6 Minutes walking distance from hotel. Decent room size. In house laundry- perfect!!!

Good location, so many restaurants and shops around. Downside is the beds are tiny and uncomfortable.

This accommodation was excellent! The staff provided outstanding service, always polite and helpful. The location is perfect — close to major areas and train stations, making it easy to travel to other attractions. The room had everything I needed, with full amenities including soap, shampoo, toothpaste, toothbrush, razor, comb, and a hair dryer. Housekeeping came every day to keep the room clean and tidy. The room itself is quite small, but it’s comfortable and just right for one or two people. Overall, a great place to stay for convenience and comfort!

It's good location and easy to get around to shops or subway. However the hotel room is small with two suitcase, it has little room to move around for more than 1 person. Breakfast is available but very basic, not the best I had compared to other hotels I stayed in Japan. Overall it's not too bad for the price paid and short stay is ok.

I chose this hotel because its near Dotonbori and because it says the room has a city view. Upon checking on the room the time I arrived, the window couldn't be opened and its obviously not the window you're are expecting. It wasnt a transparent glass– not a window to show you the said city view. The information they gave about the room is not what you're gonna get. Disappointing. The bathroom floor area is also elevated and is very dangerous when you go out since it was slippery. They have cleaning service but wont include your bed. Only get the garbage and change the towels but not even all the towels. I discovered two towels that i accidentally stained with little mascara still there and wasnt changed when the other 2 bigger towels did. Disappointing that they only do little room service but cant even do it completely right.

The bathtub had many large, dirty stains, and the toilet water splashed out when flushed, making it feel very unsanitary. I booked a king room, but it was two twin beds pushed together, which was very annoying. The overall environment was quite nice. There was a Latina cleaning lady who was very beautiful.

Room has air and a musky smell. This was the slight downside. All other factors are really good.

The room was small but near to Dotonbori and other attractions. Very convenient for travelers with minimal luggage coz have to walk a lot.

The cleanliness seemed okay. The room was tiny, but that's understandable for Osaka. It's not too far from Shinsaibashi Station and other subway stations. The air conditioner was a bit noisy, but other than that, I was generally satisfied.

The location is fantastic, surrounded by Lawson and 7-Eleven convenience stores. It's only about 500 meters from Shinsaibashi Dotonbori. The only downside is that the room is extremely small, especially near the entrance. It felt like once we put two suitcases down, we could only move around on the bed.
