The service was excellent and very attentive; I highly recommend staying here. Osaka is a fantastic city, very fun, and extremely clean – it truly lives up to everyone's expectations of Japan.

I always stay here when I’m in osaka hotel rooms are larger than normal Business size hotel room in Japan.

This hotel is incredibly clean, and I had a very comfortable stay. The breakfast toast, in particular, was really delicious every morning. Honestly, I can't find anything to fault. Five-star rating all around!

The room is spacious. The drink and ice cream bar is nice and welcoming. However, the room toilet and even the bathroom gave foul smell the moment I entered the room, and the smell kept coming back even after spraying deodorant.

Amazing hotel and the free mini breakfast and ice cream is superior! Quiet room, nice view. All was good. Maybe a bit old school interior but its fine.

Hotel room is very clean, location is good, down stairs have pharmacy and family mart, just one station to Namba. Breakfast of hotel is bread buffet, staff make it fresh everyday, the taste is so good. Staff is helpful and nice. Will definitely choose here again if I visit to Osaka.

They gave me a smoking room even though I had my child with me, and it smelled terrible. I don't recommend it. The breakfast was also very mediocre.

The room was clean, spacious, and bright, with a comfortable air conditioner. The soundproofing was good, and it was very close to the subway, making it super convenient to get to Namba shopping street, about a ten-minute walk. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time.

The room is quite spacious, and you can borrow an induction cooker and pot from the front desk. For breakfast, there's free freshly baked bread, which tastes really good.

We enjoyed our stay here. Close restaurants and stores nearby. It's a 20 min walk to Dohtonbori or take the train, it's 1 station away. Loved the amenities, and the access to the laundry and pantry on the 2nd floor. Highly recommend.
