one week stay - awesome
cleanliness was good and timely
location is right smack food and izakaya district so you will never go hungry or sober
service was top notch the staff were friendly and helpful and just warm feels being here
amenities was perfect- i love the laundry channel where we can check if there are washing machines used and our time left on the washing machine! all in the comfort of your room
i hope u place a money changer in the hotel, that would be a bonus

Nice location for shopping. It's a bit of distance for foreign tourists with luggage to walk from JR / Subway Umeda station. There are underground walkways but no lifts nearby the hotel. You need to walk on the ground level (there're traffic lights and you get wet if it's raining). Hotel itself is perfectly beautiful!

The room is big enough, at least the floor can hold a suitcase, but there is no dry and wet separation, so you have to stand in the bathtub to take a shower. There is a commercial street downstairs, so you don't have to worry about having nothing to eat. The small door on the first floor leads to 711, which is very convenient for shopping.
