Spa amenities are great. I stayed for 10 days. One suggestion is that the breakfast buffet could have been changed every second day or even every third day. I had the same breakfast food for 10 days. The hotel location is within walking distance to many restaurants, Tsutenkaku tower, Shinsekai, Donki, and just a few minutes walk to JR station and two Metro stations.

The hotel shares facilities with Spa World. When I visited, it was decorated for Christmas. The room itself was decent, but they don't provide slippers, which was a bit inconvenient. For dining, you can eat at the large cafeteria on the third floor of Spa World or at one of their other restaurants. There's a good variety of choices, and the prices are reasonable.

The facilities are a bit old, but the experience was still very comfortable. You definitely have to try the Ganban-yoku (hot stone sauna) – it's very relaxing. It's right next to attractions and Tennoji Zoo, so there are plenty of places to explore.

Good hotel with spa with mediocre services.  The room was neat, clean and feeling new.  However, staffs are not familiar with English, not even talking Mandarin. Using the translator with poor voice input was troublesome and sometimes it interpreted wrong meanings. Room service if missed will not be provided again on that day. Also, there were many spa-only visitors simply lying on the spa floor.  Parts of the male spa were under construction and one night there were no 40 degree Celsius or higher pool as they were all under cleaning at the same time. The ground of the spa was very slippery, mostly because many visitors did not bother to rinse themselves well after using the conditioner. The breakfast buffet is good in terms of food choices and environment. But I dislike the scrambled eggs, which had a texture tasted awful.

The location is fantastic! Right next to the Don Quijote supermarket, Osaka's 'Oriental Pearl,' Tennoji. And it's not far from the sprawling commercial centers of Shinsaibashi and Namba!

This hotel is super easy to find, right by Exit 1 of Dobutsuen-mae Station, and it's literally next door to the Shinsekai area with Tsutenkaku Tower. It's incredibly convenient for both transport and sightseeing. They have their own hot spring, which is amazing for relaxing after a day of exploring. The room size is pretty decent too, definitely more spacious than your typical Japanese express hotel. Plus, the breakfast spread offers a good variety. I'd definitely consider staying here again on my next trip to Osaka!
