A very nice and clean hotel. Big size for 3 people room. Location is convenient. It takes 5 minutes to walk from hotel to railway station. So far so good but the staff are not very helpful.

It's very closed to the airport shuttle station in osaka. There are so many malls nearby and food, all at walkable distance. I will definitely stay again in the future.

Location is very prime with lots of shopping and restaurants around Umeda. There’re subways and JR lines within 7 mins of walk. We even took local trains from there to Himeiji and Kyoto. Much more cheaper than taking Shinkansen. If you’re an Uniqlo fans, you’ll be delighted to know that it is just next door.
Hotel wise, their rooms are large by Japan standards, very clean, and they do provide children amenities and PJs. Highly recommended for families!

Staying at this hotel was such a pleasant experience. I went there with my friends and families, and we share the happiness together. For the ambience, I think it has created good atmosphere for the visitors, the staff was very caring to our needs whenever possible.
Besides, the room was also clean enough and the amenities were sufficient. If coming to Osaka for your trip, this is one of the best hotel you can consider.

Excellent location! Easy access to shops, Umeda train stations and Links eat street is just metres away. Will stay here again next time.

The location is good, just opposition to Grand Front Osaka.
5-8 mins walk to Osaka station and Umeda station, very convenient.
The room size reasonable and not too small, also very clean.
