Location is a bit far from train station. No restaurant in the vicinity so settle your meal at Shin Osaka station before returning. The best part of this hotel is that it is very new, with a superb big onsen bath.

10-12 minute walk to shin-Osaka station. New hotel, all facilities are well functioning. Good Onsen with less crowed. Standard room is fit for 3 people however it is quite small if everyone want to open luggage. All in all, recommended.

I booked room with 2 double beds. Room is spacious and clean. I like how cosy the bathroom is. I also appreciate the complimentary hot soba noodles soup that our family can enjoy every night. Will certainly stay here again when I return to Osaka. :)

Very new and good location - near to shin Osaka. And the surrounding is not too hectic. The room also new and clean. Next time visit to Osaka , I would like to stay in hotel androom. The check in and out process also efficient. Good service from the staff as well.

The hotel was very close to the Shin-Osaka train station, and nearby there are convenience shops to purchase snacks, water and necessities. The rooms were impeccable, hotel room-service was also impeccable. There are in-house onsens and also washer dryer available. Night time complimentary soba for guests. Everything is good, except for 1 incident I had with 1 female staff at the counter, she speaks English very fluently like a native American speaker, she was dismissive towards my husband and myself who are Singaporean Chinese, she refused to acknowledge us when we pass by unlike other staff, did not want to make eye contact and was really curt and blunt when I requested her for Yamoto service at the counter. Noting that she was bowing and greeting a pair of caucasian guests at the hotel. I wonder what bad experience she had towards chinese tourists, and for one, we are not chinese tourists from China, but rather we are Singaporeans, not that she would have known, we noted similar attitude being displayed to us when her fellow colleague greeted us and bowed when we left the hotel the next morning for sight-seeing, while she saw us and pretended not to see us and walked pretended to keep herself busy. I'm surprised that in Japan there is still racial discrimination, especially for a Japanese person who is obviously well-educated and can speak English fluently, she definitely knew what she was doing and should have known better to treat all guests with equanimity. For that, this really cost the hotel to have a poorer than it should have rating. She needs to know that the guests are aware and can feel how she treats them and are not dumb.

We stayed in a standard double room for 3 nights. It was compact. <Good points> - The room was quiet and comfortable without having to worry about noise from next door or above. - The large bath was well equipped (there was a basket that you could use from the room to carry towels etc., which was convenient. The hair dryer was a Dyson. There was a water server.) - The Japanese breakfast was luxurious (the tea was also delicious) - The free soba noodles were delicious from 9pm to 11pm - There were drugstores and convenience stores around the hotel - There were also many restaurants, which was convenient. <Points of concern> - The room was small for a standard double room, so it seemed like there was no space to spread out if you had a large carrier - When I opened the window blinds, I made eye contact with someone in the building next door lol. I don't think you want to see each other, so be careful!!
