Convenient location, infront of the Dekijima station, very quiet and present stay for my family. Deluxe room for 3 days stay, there is a Nepal staff very kind and helpful. Thank you.

spacious unit with 4 single beds and got balcony for laundry. Have fridge, washing machine, microwave and separate kitchen area. And very near to Dakijima station, 2-3mins. Cozy and clam area with the local residential environment. Big supermarket, 2-3mins walking distance. But it’s all online check in system, very inconvenient. and location is away from the main town. Otherwise all good for family trip.

The accommodation's condition was good, but it was further away than expected and required many transfers. I wouldn't choose this place again unless I was specifically visiting Universal Studios.

We stayed here for Universal Studios Japan. It was a convenient 20-minute drive to USJ, and also easily accessible to popular Osaka spots like Dotonbori and Tsutenkaku. It was much more spacious and comfortable than staying in one of those 'quirky' hotels. There's also a coin parking lot just a 1-2 minute walk away. Plus, there's a Life supermarket nearby, so we even managed to buy some local instant noodles (Donbei with dashi from Western Japan) as souvenirs! Highly recommend for families!

The room was very spacious and clean, but it was a shame that towels weren't changed unless you stayed for 3 nights or more.

This was my second stay. This time, the room hadn't been cleaned. The floor was sticky with spilled juice, and it was such a large area that it couldn't have been an oversight. Under the bed was full of trash, including two empty plastic bottles. In the bathroom sink area, there was a contact lens case with colored contacts still inside. Please clean properly next time, it was disgusting.

Highly recommended. Near grocery shops and restaurants. Very close to Dekijima station. Excellent room.

Overall worth the money! I loved how it was near the station and 1 station away from a nearest GU and uniqlo ( no need to squeeze our selves at dotonbori area). Please do improve the communication for the booking reference and main door pin (you can include this on the booking details) to lessen inconvenience during self check-in.

Very close to Izumo-shi Station! There's a FamilyMart and a supermarket nearby.

It was absolutely awesome and the rooms were spacious for Japan. Having the option to cook is a plus and provided with cookware. I wish the check-in process could have been efficient and easier. Thank you.

It's near the station.There's a supermarket near the hotel. It feels like home

While check-in was a bit slow and communication was sometimes hard to understand, it wasn't a major problem. It would be helpful to have kitchen towels and dishcloths; I ended up using a small towel in their place. A clothes drying rack with clips would be appreciated. Laundry detergent with fabric softener was provided. Only one tissue box was supplied; another would be helpful. Overall, we had a mostly problem-free stay, and I would definitely consider staying here again.

Peasant stay. Room is big enough for 4, comes with washing machine but not dryer, Kitchenette, and everything is just nearby within minutes of walking distance.

Wonderful location, clean and well equipped. Convenient for parking and close to carpark. Spacious for three travellers.
