It was nothing special, but the value for money was excellent. However, during the last two days, the air conditioner started leaking. As it was positioned directly above my head, I had to sleep uncomfortably curled up and didn't get a good night's rest. Other than that, there were no other issues.

The facilities are old and dusty. There were also unknown liquids on the duvet cover. The air conditioning was very noisy. The only good thing was its proximity to Shinsaibashi, which made getting around convenient.

The price of this hotel doesn't align with its quality. While it wasn't exactly spotless, it certainly wasn't clean. Over 1300 RMB a night for a double room is a complete rip-off.

Good clean and location is great Slightly older interior and air con a bit noisy other than that it’s what you expect from a Japanese business hotel.

The hotel is conveniently located nearby shinsaibashi. There are family mart Lawson around the corner

Overall, I was very satisfied with the hotel. All the facilities and the environment were excellent. The location was also quite good – it's right at the subway exit, and Namba is only about a 10-15 minute walk away, which was very convenient.

Overall, the location was quite good. The hotel was easy to find as it was not far from the station. There is also a nearby convenience store next to it. It's open 24/7 so there's no trouble there. The staff can speak English and check-in was not a problem as they used a machine to do it. However, I do not recommend getting the breakfast. The breakfast was onigiri with side dishes with green tea. This menu did not change for the time that we stayed there. The room was a little bit dusty but overall it was ok. The toilet and the showering area is separated so that is convenient. But, the room may feel a little small. There was not much space to put your luggage on the floor as my friends and I could not fully open our luggages that time as there was limited space.

Overall experience at the hotel is good. WiFi is good. Bathroom and toilet are clean.

This hotel does not allow storage of luggage after checkout. Pillow is hard, you may want to bring your own pillow.

Very convenient, cleanliness is good. Not spacious but I’d say enough if you travel light. I got 2 big and 2 small luggage, cannot open my 2 big luggage together.

My experience was okay overall. The location was convenient, not far from the main area and arrival point, and the place was quiet and fairly clean. The staff were friendly, but the check-in process was really slow, which was a bit frustrating. Still, it wasn’t a bad experience, and I’d recommend it for its peaceful atmosphere and good location.

All good. The service I didn't review as 5 because they couldn't help to hold my bags for even 1/2 hours for lunch...
