The hotel is situated right next to the subway so very convenient .Staff are friendly and helpful and the breakfast was really good.The room we had was very comfortable , clean and quiet .

Very nice hotel clean, comfortable and convenient. Family mart beside the hotel and the metro station entrance also beside the hotel. The staff was very helpful and welcoming. Good amenities i like this hotel. Very recommended.

Location was great, right above the station. However, there doesn’t seem to be an escalator going down from the ground level and you will still need to carry your luggages. Free coffee station as well and overall a great experience even though there’s not much amenities (pool, etc.)

Excellent locatio, above the undergroundstation. It is close to the middle island. My partner is particularly pleased with the breakfast.

Is business hotel but everything we needed was there. Room is consider bigger than normal Japan size. Location is convenient for day trip to Kyoto.

Close proximity to most of the main tourists spots. Convenient as it is near Metro Station esp if you are going to Kyoto it has a direct metro.

The hotel is near the Kitahama train station. Just beside it. Walking distance to Osaka Castle. The unique part is the hotel provide free flow of tea and coffee. But u make it yourself at the lounge. I love it! I get to grind and make my coffee. Attached is the view of the park in front of the hotel.

I would urge whoever is considering booking this hotel carefully check the room type you have selected. I booked this hotel on a rush and did not clearly understand the Double Bed was actually a “small double bed”, not a regular double bed. My wife and myself were so cramped together for 3 nights, and there is no refund for any modification. Would not book again!!!!!!!

The hotel is at great location. If you travel with metro, you just get off at Kitahama Station and take exit 3 (without suitcase) or exit 1B (use lift with suitcase) to arrive to the hotel. The hotel uses self check-in and check-out kiosk, you can do it all by yourself even the counter is busy. During our check-in, the counter wasn't busy and a staff came up to help us. The amenities were more than enough, they even provide mask and body scrub cloth. The only problem is that the room is a bit small. We booked a twin room, and the two beds were seamlessly attached to each other.

Location was ok and on top of metro station. Amenities are self help but at night time the face masks and personal kits have to be restricted to one per person per room. Didn’t have time to try the free welcome drinks. Service as good overall

Located just beside a subway entrance makes location very convenient. Has a lounge area to chill and offers free flow of coffee. Rooms are sized rightly.

Though the hotel is not in the prime location, it is still accesible by metro. Actually, it is just a few steps from the Kitahama metro station. The hotel is very new and clean. They provide free of charge coffee and drinks to the hotel guests. In general, it is a value for money.
