Good location and service.
However, there is insufficient guest laundry. I think there should be 2 or more on every floor.

We were fortunate to book a hotel right in front of Universal Studios for this trip with our kids. The location is perfect — just a 3-minute walk to the park, with a Starbucks and Lawson right outside and plenty of dining options nearby. Although it was crowded due to summer holidays, the hotel had everything we needed and is ideal for families with young children. The room was very clean, with no unpleasant odors or smoke smell. There are also washing machines, dryers, water dispensers, and an ice machine available. Staying at a hotel so close to the park made our trip truly enjoyable!

Room is spacious for a Japanese hotel and the location right beside USJ is great. However, the room feels extremely old — easily 20 years dated — and very poorly maintained. Cleanliness and overall upkeep were disappointing, and the room’s condition really needs a major refresh.

The hotel is situated right in front of USJ and lots of restaurants to choose from. There is a big Lawson to top up your snacks and drinks too. Room is spacious and can easily fit a small family. The beds are clean. Easy check in and check out. They have full bathroom amenities, kettle and flask to collect water. The thing to improve on is the wifi. We can hardly connect to it and the TV programs don’t load.

I recently stayed at the Park Front Hotel with my 12-year-old son for three days and two nights while visiting Universal Studios Japan. The location is fantastic—right across from the park, making it incredibly convenient. The surrounding area features a mall with a variety of dining options and vibrant nightlife, so you won't get lost.
While the hotel has an older, classic design, it’s clean and offers spacious rooms for a reasonable price. I highly recommend it for families planning to visit USJ, as it saves you the hassle of long commutes after a tiring day at the theme park.
The staff is friendly, though I didn’t have much interaction with them. The breakfast buffet is tasty with a good selection, but there are plenty of dining options nearby, including Tully's Cafe and McDonald's, so consider saving money by eating out instead. Overall, a solid choice for families, especially given the fair pricing for a comfortable stay!
