The hotel has a great location and the rooms are clean. There's a balcony on the second floor, right by the front desk, with a self-service coffee and water machine, which is perfect for a short break. I highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel boasts an excellent location right in the heart of Shinsaibashi's most bustling area. Right outside the door, there are three popular noodle shops that always have long lines, but despite the crowds, the hotel itself is surprisingly quiet and peaceful. There are also countless other trendy restaurants nearby, and shopping is incredibly convenient. The rooms here are quite spacious by Japanese standards, and the value for money is outstanding. I was pleasantly surprised to find such a great and affordable hotel in the center of a Japanese city. I stayed here for the Lady Gaga concert, and it was incredibly close to the stadium, just a 15-minute direct subway ride away. Getting back was a breeze. I highly recommend this hotel. I'll definitely stay here again next time.

Coming back to the hotel at night after exploring wasn't tiring at all, which is perfect for independent travelers. What really stood out to me was having Chinese-speaking staff at the front desk, which made communication incredibly smooth. Whether it was checking in, asking about transportation, or simply confirming details, being able to converse in Chinese was very reassuring. Their attitude was natural and approachable, which is a significant advantage for Chinese-speaking guests. Both check-in and check-out were very efficient. The room itself had a simple, modern design. For Osaka city standards, the size was acceptable; we could open our suitcases without feeling cramped. The room was clean and tidy, and the bed had just the right firmness, though the pillows weren't very comfortable. Soundproofing was good; we barely heard any outside noise at night, ensuring a good night's sleep. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, and the water pressure and temperature were consistent, making for a relaxing shower. We didn't have breakfast at the hotel, so I can't comment on the food, but there are countless options nearby – convenience stores, cafes, and restaurants are abundant, so finding something for breakfast in the morning was never an issue. The hotel's overall style feels young and modern, not like a traditional, old-fashioned business hotel. The common areas were clean and refreshing, creating a very pleasant atmosphere. Overall, DEL style Osaka Shinsaibashi offers a practical yet quality experience. Its excellent location, comfortable rooms, and the added bonus of Chinese-speaking front desk staff make it highly suitable for first-time visitors to Osaka or those looking for a hassle-free stay. If I return to Osaka and my itinerary focuses on the Shinsaibashi area, this hotel will definitely be a top choice again.

Second time choosing this hotel! The location is super convenient, right in a bustling area downstairs. There's a drugstore and a convenience store, and Dotonbori is just a 10-minute walk away. The hotel is clean and well-maintained, and you can pick up toiletries as needed – they have everything you could want. ***Special recommendation:*** The oden at the 7-Eleven near the hotel is incredibly delicious, incredibly delicious, incredibly delicious!

The location is excellent, about a 10-minute walk from Shinsaibashi subway station. Shinsaibashisuji is right downstairs, making for seamless shopping. There are also ramen shops, convenience stores, and drugstores on the ground floor, so all your dining, drinking, and shopping needs are covered. The hygiene and service are also top-notch. My only gripe is the common issue with Japanese hotels: the triple room is just a modified double, so the space is very small, and there's no room to even open a suitcase. Other than that, it was great!

Pros: Convenient location for getting around, generally very clean. Cons: Very small and cramped. If you have specific requirements for size or service, you might want to reconsider. I wouldn't recommend it for leisure travel; for a business trip, it's just about passable.
