This is the dirtiest Japanese hotel I have ever stayed in. The air purifier in the room and the vents in the integrated bathroom were full of dust, and the sink had mold spots. There is an elevated railway nearby, and the hotel can hear the sound of trains passing by. Check in at 15:00.
