The hotel is excellent in staff friendliness, the atmosphere, and room amenities. It’s a bit far from the train station, especially if you have large luggages with you. But still, manageable. Overall, a very good stay!

Normal japan hotel size (small) with Basic amenity but awesome facial kit in bathroom (got everything in big bottle (lotion, toner and facial serum) many hotel doesn't provide that especially this type of business hotel. Nothing much around hotel, quiet area at night with little bit of drink bar and a couple of convenient store around. 15 min walk to Tsukiji market. it super close to ginza (only two train stop, walk for 15 mins+ or taxi that cost 1000 yen - 1500 yen each way), taxi to catch narita airport bus limousine or to tokyo station will cost you just 2000 yen and it super convenient. Theres an elevator to tsukiji sta. Just skip the closet entrance and keep walking to the other end of the station.

Everything was fine and value for money was perfect. Of course room is small as usual in Japan.

All-in-one place for sightseeing and traveling

Great location with excellent service! Perfect stay for a 2 + 1 family. Clean room with daily housekeeping. Fast and easy accessible to the tourist spots, train station and convenient store. Would definitely come back to stay here if we’re traveling to Osaka again 🥰

Overall, I was quite satisfied with my stay. The cleanliness was excellent; the room was very well-maintained. Although compact, it was well-equipped and had all the necessary amenities. The location was also very good, not far from the subway entrance, which is incredibly convenient for those with luggage. The small size of the room seems to be a common characteristic of these types of accommodations, and unfortunately, there's not much one can do about that. The price was a bit steep, likely due to the high volume of Chinese tourists during the summer holiday period.

The front desk had staff who spoke Chinese, which was convenient, as most of the guests staying there were Chinese. Regarding location and room size: Transportation was very convenient, with many convenience stores and supermarkets nearby. The hotel lobby was quite upscale and luxurious, but this was a stark contrast to the room. The room was incredibly small – I couldn't even fully open my suitcase, and once it was open, there was no space to walk. Regarding bed size: The bed was too small, only suitable for one person. It would be extremely difficult for one adult and one child to share. Room amenities were quite basic: only two disposable toothbrushes, towels, pajamas, shower gel, and shampoo were provided. There was no comb, body lotion, or makeup remover. During my 3-night stay, the room was not cleaned, nor was the trash emptied, unless I specifically requested it. The instant coffee sachets were decent, and there was a kettle. However, the mini-fridge was merely decorative and didn't cool at all – in fact, the room felt colder than the fridge! It also had a stale, unused smell. Facilities: There's a self-service laundry room on the 2nd floor; you need 100 JPY coins to use it. A wash and dry cycle costs 500 JPY and takes two hours, but the clothes still came out damp. On top of that, the washing machines were full of lint and fibers, indicating they were not regularly cleaned. You can exchange currency for coins at the front desk. The 2nd floor also has an ice machine and drink vending machines.

Shopping at Daimaru department store was incredibly convenient, just an 11-minute walk away. This hotel truly stands out for offering unlimited free bottled water. In my experience, other places like Nara hotels typically ration it to one bottle per person per day, and at Meitetsu, you have to trek to the 14th floor to get water. In Tokyo, you're usually limited to tap water from the bathroom. The sheer convenience of having endless, easily accessible bottled water here was a huge plus. What I loved most was having a bento shop directly across the street downstairs, along with a Family Mart. The bento shop offered freshly-made breakfast every morning, including stir-fried dishes with okra – that okra was absolutely delicious! The kids enjoyed picking out their own bento meals, and the service was excellent!
