The hotel location is superb, next to namba station. The check-in and check-out is smooth and automated. The staffs are friendly and helpful. The room is clean and compact with all basic things that I need. I stayed in this hotel for 3 nights and everything went well. The breakfast is basic and quite ok. The money exchange machine has good rate and coin laundry is convenient. You can take the amenities that you need from the reception.

Location is THE BEST! Literally minutes from Namba! 🇯🇵✨ If you’re looking for the ultimate convenience in Osaka, this is it! The location is absolute perfection—it’s so close to the Namba area. You just walk up from the station, and boom, you’re right there. It’s less than a 5-minute walk to the main shopping streets, and bonus points: there’s a FamilyMart right next door. And yes, I ended up stopping by there every single day! 😂 The only real downside is that the room is quite small. However, everything else completely makes up for it. The hotel is super clean, fully equipped with everything you need, and the check-in process was incredibly fast. With this unbeatable location and convenience, it is 100% worth it! Highly recommended for shopaholics and explorers! 🛍️🎒

perfect location, perfect room size. we got the connecting room. the room size was perfect, the toilet was also spacious. it’s walkable to dotonbori, glico man, osaka train station. overall, it’s a pretty good hotel in terms of location and size. would book again if i’m ever in Osaka.

I chose this hotel when traveling from Kyoto to Osaka mainly for its convenient access to the airport (via the Nankai Line). Since it was Golden Week, the hotel was a bit pricey, and after reading reviews that the breakfast was just okay, I decided to eat out. For breakfast, I went to Dotonbori and had the Ryukyu Ramen (the one with extra pork for 1200 yen was a better deal than the 970 yen option). For dinner, I had seafood rice at Daiki Suisan, which was reasonably priced. To get here, take the Midosuji Line and exit at Exit 7. The area is surrounded by shopping malls, you could spend forever exploring them. City Park even has a Montbell store with immediate tax refunds. Unlike the Sotetsu hotel in Kyoto, this one doesn't have facial masks at the front desk. The basement floor of Takashimaya is full of bento boxes, perfect for taking back to the hotel to eat.

location is perfect, very convenient for going to everywhere. also a perfect location for dining, shopping, just downstairs. the room is clean, but still a but small that it was not easy to find an area to open the suitcase . the toilet is clean, but there was always a bad smell when you just sat down on the stool.

Staying 3 days at Sotetsu hotel . Staff was very helpful and friendly and really helpful in everyway. Location was excellent and close to all the malls and restaurants surroundings the hotel. Super near to namba station
