This is the best hotel for a shopping trip because the location is amazing and best of all, the train to airport is one stop, no interchange is needed

The location is super convenient, it’s right beside the train station. A lot of tourist sites are walking distance! And they even got a Family Mart convenient store right on first floor. However, please avoid using elevator during checkout time, the wait time is quite long. The room itself is small and pillow not as good. But will definitely book the hotel again because of its location and price.

The location was fantastic. The bus stop to Itami airport was at the doorstep and the hotel loan us a trolley to transport our boxes and luggages to the bus stop. It was easy to buy the bus tickets at the family mart on the first floor as well, amenities given were of decent quality and we had a good sleep at the hotel. Sound insulation was great.

They have put thoughts into managing the hotel. Good customer service. Well organised. Location wise its arent too far from all the actions yet its not rowdy. Quiet at its own location. Family mart below is a plus point. Cleaniness can be improved slightly. Overall we like it there and would definitely stay there again

Breakfast is good but not many choices. Location is good. Just next to train station and close to nearby tourist spots. Room is small even with king size bed. Take half an hour to go to usj. Very convenient.

It was a family trip. The location is a prime. Very close to the station of Osaka metro and Nankai. There are various options of amenity provided at the front desk. Hotel staffs were nice and can speak very well english, chinese and korean. The bed is comfy enough even though the room is quite small.

We book connecting room, room size good enough for 4 of us.
Location was great, train station is just outside the hotel. If I come Osaka again definitely will stay in this hotel again.

The location of the hotel is the best! You can literally spot the hotel right beside the family mart when you take exit 7 from Namba station. Especially the family mart is just located right next to the hotel, save us a lot of trouble fixing our breakfast/supper cravings. Though exit 7 have no escalator or lift, you might have to carry the luggage up the staircase. But it is not fair to review it under hotel, because it is not related to the hotel.
I will definitely return to stay back this hotel because the location and amenities nearby is too convenient.
